Great reliable easy to use product! Love how it lets you know when filters need changing. And changing filters are a snap to install! No more hiring someone to change them out!

Not allot of direction and almost impossible to talk to someone from your company.

Updated on 4-16-26: I ordered the under-counter ice maker. While I was concerned when I could not get the tracking number to work and could not find a phone number to call them, Icepure answered by email and the ice maker arrived promptly on day 8.

Great filters, perfect fit. I don't have to descale my machine as much when I use these filters.

This is a reorder of water filters that was easy to order and received quickly.

Any other equivalent ice maker was twice the price of the IcePure and this unit produces double the ice capacity of our old undercounter machine. It is more noisy and the ice comes out in large squares...needs to be broken up by hand. Also a minor point, but no place to put the scoop! Overall the unit works great, we have to turn it down to control the ice volume for our house. Haven't used the phone app yet but based on the other icemakers out there, I would probably buy this unit again.

Found what I needed and was shipped/received very quickly

My three‑pack of fridge water filters included one that lacked the safety plastic wrap. When I let the company know, they refunded me for that filter, even though the fault most likely lay with Amazon for reshipping a returned, opened item.

Phenomenal filter. I connected it a bit differently than it's "intended" for in that I simply run the filtered water to a small faucet added to my sink and two refrigerators. It's rated for 5 years/40,000 gallons which equals 22 gallons per. Since we only use a couple gallons per day, is it going to be usable for 50 years!!!??? I don't know if that's legitimate, but I do l know it's rated for a NICE amount of water and works great!

The Technician was very efficient and knowledgeable about his task and how to install and operate it.

4 stars until I actually receive my filter. Update to my previous review. IcePure has been very proactive (beyond my expectations) in getting me a RO filter for my IcePure filtration system. My purchase of their RO machine 4 years ago was not cheap. That said, it is a good machine, however It requires 2 different type filters. Both need replacement approximately every 2 years. The filters together run about $100+. The 2nd year I replaced them there were no problems. It is now time to replace them again and I can no longer find the UTR400 RO filter. It appears to have been discontinued, but I can’t say for sure. IcePure has found and ordered a compatible filter for me. Their customer service is better than I’ve seen in decades. They will resolve any issues to the best of their ability.
