I have received the product ordered. I am excited about the water filtration/alkalinizing system. It still needs installed. I did leave a message for a return call, which I have not received. It was communicated that a return call could take awhile, however I would have expected it by now.

These filters suck, my TDS meter read 635 going in and 660 going out.. the truck water spotted terribly.. I guess I’ll back to filling my own canisters, big waste of money for 140 bucks

I am very pleased with the service and the quick response from sales department. The item was delivered faster than I thought it would be. The replacement filter fitted perfectly and now I can enjoy a better quality of water.

Easy ordering process, free shipping, and I received my order much more quickly than anticipated. Premier was recommended by my father because he had verbally dealt with them and said their customer service is excellent.
Installed the filter and it works as advertised. In my opinion it’s a much better solution than a thousands of dollars filter.

I had your filter on my prior tankless water heater and it protected it from scale for years. I just replaced my tankless water heater so I thought I should replace the filter as well. The filter casing, which is very tough, opened very easily by hand without the wrench. These filters are great protection for the tankless.

Many thanks to Tony who promptly replied to my email. He offered advice on the best filter for my under the sink unit and then when a part didn't fit (Not his fault, I was replacing a competitor's unit and thought I could just swap out filters.) he sent me two replacement parts at no charge.

Tried to call, couldn’t get through to a person so I had to order online. I had questions about delivery but couldn’t get answers online. Wanted to pay for express delivery but saw no options.
Have been happy otherwise.

Product was packed well and arrived in a timely order - product seems high quality - no complaints!
Except that I had to pay for shipping, but for the weight of the package, the shipping cost wasn’t that bad!
Also, they gave an order confirmation and a shipment/tracking email, which is so helpful!

Good choice of products and customer service were very helpful answering my questions. Delivery was very fast. Not any packaging material in the box, so I was glad it didn’t get damaged, but the filter I got is in a very hard casing, so maybe they don’t think it can be damaged easily. At 20,000 gallons for this filter, it should last years and pretty much says it removed just about everything. No water wastage like the RO systems and takes up little space.

The equipment appears to be of good quality and priced fairly. My disappointment with the product has to do with customer service. There are no instructions and there are two different kinds of screws, 6 of one kind and 2 of another kind that have been thrown in a small plastic bag. I'm sure the use of the screws is a no brainer to the guys who work at Premiere. I have never in my life received a product costing almost $300 that the sender did not include some sort of instructions for the loose parts and/or installation. No matter how simple to you, why wouldn't you want to insure the purchaser's success? Too lazy? Not fully committed to the customer? I just don't understand.

I live in Indiana and after buying a house I was forced to dig a new well for water. After a nightmare of having 5 attempts done to find water, the water was so full of sediment, and collodial clay. After contacting nearly a dozen companies in my area no one could help me without me spending $10,000. I found this company after days of research online. I called the rep and he answered every question. I put the well filter on and my water has been crystal clear. I can't express how grateful I am!

Product received when expected and was correct product.

There was an issue with UPS which delayed delivery. Premier Sales was communicative and responsive after I brought it to their attention. Item arrived a few days later. I have not installed yet but the filter is substantial...beefy. Appears to be quite high quality. I hope it works as good as it looks.

I had trouble installing the filters I ordered due to the previous owner mixing different products with different interfaces. Premiere Sales went above and beyond to help me figure out what was wrong and get me the additional parts I required. The person I spoke to over the phone was very helpful, and I was able to get everything working.
