I ordered the CS800 stepper on 8/26/19. It’s 9/23/19 and I still have not received the stepper. Immediately after placing my order I was emailed that the stepper was on back order and will take approximately 2 weeks. I agreed to the extended length. At two weeks I had to contact to Precor Home fitness for updates. They responded with an additional week. Again, I agreed and asked for free installation. No response. A week later, no product and no updates. I contacted Precor Fitness AGAIN. They responded, and claim the stepper will ship mid week and they will include free installation. Through email, I inquired about expedited shipping and the installation process. No response. I hope to give a positive review after I receive the stepper. However, I am concerned about future business with Precor Fitness due to the lack of customer support and I haven’t even received their product.

My favorite machine! It is great for getting cardio in. Because of a stoke when I was 34, I have weakness in left leg. This precludes me from using treadmill optimally. I am now 70 and truly appreciate having this machine in my home!

The treadmill is very basic, no fancy screens or embellishments, but I wanted that because I figured it was less things that could break or malfunction. It has a small footprint, a fantastic warranty and is a very quiet machine. I am extremely happy with my purchase and the gentleman installing it told me it was a very well made machine.

I was a new customer. Bought am expensive home gym. They had a great price. They handled total customer experience thru to installation. Could not be happier with this company.

The equipment is just fine, and the people who set it up were quite efficient, friendly, and respectful. I'm not thrilled with what I perceived to be 10 pounds per plate. It just seems shady, but it is what was promised. Just seems to give me a false sense of accomplishment. When you see the numeral, it's just nature to assume 10 lbs per plate. It's a psychological thing that to me seems to be a way for the manufacturer/distributor to get people to purchase the next set of weights at a premium, because they get to the bottom of the plates. Which is the position I find myself. Also, both snap hooks have failed. First one within a week and a half, the other 2 weeks afterward. Small annoying details, but the equipment's performance is flawless, and sturdy. Win some and you lose some, just costs more.

The staff were great! Salesman sold us what we wanted/needed with no upselling. Delivery driver went out of his way to save us a trip back to the store. Store manager very flexible with payment method. Definitely a great experience!!

i LIKE THE EQUIPMENT HOWEVER, THERE IS A LEARNING CURVE TO SETTING PERAMETERS ETC. A LITTLE SIMPLER WULD BE NICE.

great treadmill for a small apartment and great service

I was sent an incomplete order which turned out to be the wrong thing. The company said they would send the correct order, which they did, but then did not bother telling their delivery personnel until a week after it arrived when I called for a status update. At that point, the delivery man scheduled a drop off date and time with me. The day of delivery at the agreed time of delivery, the delivery man texted me that he was picking up his assistant and would head over. An hour after that, he called stating he lost track of time and could we do the delivery tomorrow instead. While I eventually ended up with what I ordered, it was an ordeal and a half with lots of breakdown in communication which culminated in an extremely poor customer experience. I let the company know what happened and received no communication after my last correspondence, not even an apology.

My buying experience was enjoyable. I did not feel pressure to buy. The rep was very knowledgeable on the different equipment and on the end he let me and my wife make our choice

Really liked the stationary bike I bought. It is well made and smooth running. Wish the seat was softer on my bum. Will buy one of those seat cover cushions. Overall, very satisfied with it.

It was time for a new treadmill so while looking around we stopped at Precor Home Fitness. They had a nice selection of equipment. The salesman took his time explaining the features of the various machines and had us try them to see which ones best fit our needs. He was very helpful and it was a great shopping experience. We purchased a Precor treadmill which was delivered and installed. They also removed our old treadmill.
