Absolutely buzzing with the media wall, the guys were nice and quick installing it but made sure it was all explained once set up and shown how everything worked.

Great customer service but no follow up
Great customer service who refunded me immediately as they could not deliver as they were changing their materials and suppliers, open and honest. But sadly no one ever called me back to discuss the installation of a new prebuilt media wall leaving me with nothing.

Hi David, we are sorry you felt the need to leave a 2 Star review. We launched our new Media Wall Models a Month ago...they have taken much longer to finalise than expected.
We have contacted potential customers who showed an interest in our Media Walls, I can see you were on the list but as your purchase/enquiry was in September 2023 and you stated you needed a Media Wall by the end of October/Halloween 2023 you were not contacted.
We would have been happy to update you on the situation had you contacted us before leaving a poor review.

Horizon panoramic electric fire
Ordered my fire from ere. Didn’t realise it was on a pre order🤦♀️. Needed it sooner than was expected. Lee you sorted it out for me. Went above and beyond. To get it for me earlier. 5*.
