Birmingham Airport Recenzje 

Chaos. Under construction, insufficient staff and insufficient signage while construction is going on. I had to ask one of the builders for directions! Not enough seats for passengers waiting at the gate. My experience was both stressful and unpleasant. When spending a lot of money to travel it’s a very bad start.

Got to the airport at 6am, checked bags in. Went for a coffee, as flight had not landed. Got to security at 6:30am. No flight called. When we got to the security, saw first board advising gate closed. Disgusting as missed flight and lost car hire. No where to contact and if you call it costs you £1 per minute. This country is totally screwed up. And no one gives a toss.

Horrendous- extremely poor organisation. Absolutely so disorganised that you hope you can board your flight on time even if your arrive 3 hours in advance.
Some miss their flights because of their phiolsophy of herding you through like cattle.
So so different from what it once was.
They obviously can’t handle volume of people.

The only airport in the world where planes landing seems to surprise the airport. Frequently have to wait for someone to help guide the plane to the air bridge. Often when not using a bridge the doors are locked and staff have to come and open them. Ridiculous wait times to retrieve luggage from carousels. Roof leaking in multiple places. They’d be better off shutting it down.

Absolutely unbelievable that a uk airport is this appalling.
Arrived from Heraklion and spent nearly an hour waiting to go through security. I and many other UK passport holders were herded like cattle by surly aggressive staff who seem to get their kicks from frustrating tired passengers who want to get home.
The customer service is non existent. Why is this allowed to continue.
I heard this airport is owned by the local authority who should use the opportunity to demonstrate what can be done. Unfortunately staff get away with terrible service because they know they can

Absolutely shocking service. Waited in a queue for over 2 hours to get through security. No real reason other than they are just totally incompetent.

At the Aspire lounge (south) Birmingham Airport and it is a shambles. Wasn’t open when we were first directed to the south lounge. Only a small selection of cold food was first on offer before after over half an hour they brought out some hot food. Over heard a member of staff on the phone asking for help as they couldn’t cope. Certainly not worth the money I paid. Awful!!!!
