I rarely give 5 stars, but in my situation Insurent was a godsend. I come from Europe and need a small studio flat of my own for very frequent visits to NY. I have the financial means to pay rent, but not the credit history and other documents most Americans need in order to rent a place in NY. Insurent made it possible for someone like me to rent a place without red tape. Insurent's guarantees are ideal for foreign students, foreign business travellers on prolonged stays and those who need a pied-a-terre for whatever reason. Their response to my needs were immediate, even instantaneous. If you're a foreigner in NY and want to live in your own flat when here, go to Insurent!

Seamless process, thanks to Mr. Austin Oakes' user friendly technology platform for renters. Glad to see this because I've used other broker's rental application portals and it was obsolete, redundant and antiquated. By far, real smooth technology from this Compass Broker.

I am not an applicant but a sponsor for my sons lease application. At most I am a Guarantor. The Agent, Marien Richardson could not offer any other document but for me to complete an online application as a rental applicant for which I was required to pay $20. Grossly incompetent procedures and not legal at all. Very disappointed with the lack of any legal etiquette

Is good, but sometimes it erase by itself.

Nice management team that was upfront with me. Great location and good easy to talk to. Nice property. Low application fee and the staff cleaned up before showing the units.

This application contains mis-spelling, missing punctuation, zero support or guidance. (i.e. debits)

It has Yes/No radio buttons for multiple choice questions. (i.e. "rate your credit? yes/no" ?)

There is no explanation for why some fields are required and others are not, what do with the non-required fields. (i.e. designated contacts)

no option to leave things pending / things not required by landload at the time no way to goto next step

Really enjoyed the area, the apartment all new and fixed up, beautiful and perfect that is pretty close to my job. The presenter was very nice and very helpful and she did her best even got injured. Thank you for everything!
