PreApprovedRenter allows landlords, real estate agents and property manager customize their rental applications and conduct tenant screening. The platform is free for real estate professionals and their teams to use. Users get a unique link to their online rental application which they can email or text to a tenant. The tenant fills out the online application and uploads their paperwork. We notify both parties when the application is submitted. Real estate professionals can review the renters application, run credit reports, criminal background checks and eviction history. Screening reports come from transunion (MySmartMove) and other consumer reporting agency's. Upon approval a lease can be auto-generated from the rental application. PreApprovedRenter has online tenant applications in multiple languages and for different states that are free to use.

Horrible experience
Horrible experience. As co-signer, it was not at all clear what fields I was supposed to fill out. There should be a separate form for co-signers. Also, they charged me an application fee for providing information as a co-signer - they will need to refund that to me.

Had no problems with filling out information, it was fast took no more than 5 to 10 minutes than submitted my application, fast and easy!
Nothing to worry about it taking long especially if there’s a deadline for submitting your application, it was very easy to fill out without any problems. Fast, easy, and efficient!

Simple and straightforward
I found their website simple and easy to use, including being able to upload the requested documents and save my results, to come back later and submit the application. On the whole I would rate their service as Excellent.

No way to edit or add additional records or paperwork. It would be better if the template was specialized to differentiate between renter and guarantor.

Very streamlined process!
Since I had all my documents available from previous applications, everything was remarkably quick and straightforward! The only confusing part was having to scroll up to download a disclosure form, which was a non-form-fillable PDF. Despite that, though, this was the easiest lease application I've ever submitted!

I really liked how easy it was
I really liked how easy it was. The only problem was I was kicked off the platform and all my info was erased and I had to start all over again, which was a little frustrating.

Finally, used friend's MacBookAir and succeeded, but down load files on MSFT/OneDrive and to acceess and upload required email downloads to my self to upload in your App.
