With my age, I usually struggle with technology, but that wasn’t the case here. The support was clear and the instructions were easy to follow, so I was able to get it working almost instantly.

J'utilise wix premium depuis 7 ans pour donner de la visibilité à mon activité de photographe/vidéaste. J'en suis très content. L'équipe POWR est réactive lorsqu'on a des questions à propos de la gestion du site. C'est assez facile de maitriser les outils à disposition notamment avec SEO sauf peut-être les balises pour la visibilité.

Understanding & Helpful!
As a brand new user, I've had to use the support feature twice and each time they were extremely helpful each time. The answers were detailed and easy to follow. Each time they took as much time as I needed to work though any troubleshooting.

Social Stream works great
I use Powr's social stream to integrate my Instagram on my website and it works fantastic! I had problems integrating it into Joomla at first, but the support helped me very quickly.

Erstens, kann man nicht zurücktreten und zweitens, schlechte Verwaltung...!!!! Zahlungserinnerung am 17.11.25, zweite Mahnung am 18.11.25 und die Rechnung für die nicht erbrachte Leistung wurde von mir da bereits bezahlt..!!! Hab noch nie mit einem schlechteren Dienstleister zusammengearbeitet...!!!!

A FANTASTIC SUPPORT LINE!
I am a volunteer for a non-profit organization and had some updates needed on our website, but was not sure how to do them. I contacted the POWR Supportline and they understood want I needed and got the updates made in no time. Prompt to respond and great follow up.

I’ve been using POWr with JIMDO, and it’s such a helpful and reliable tool — I really appreciate it!
Although I’ve canceled it for now, I’d love to use it again in the future.

After comparing a ton of options, this one was clearly our best choice. What surprised me though was the customer service. With Apps it can be so hit and miss but these guys were all over it. Mithsou answered me quickly, followed up with me to check in, and then resolved our issue right away. These guys have integrity.
