Powells always helpful
As always Powells are excellent. Richie in particular is great. He is always helpful and goes out of his way to find us just what we want and has arranged to have pieces customised and altered. He arranged for my wedding, eternity and engagement rings to be resized and my husbands wedding ring.

Diamond earrings experience Xmas 2023
On arriving in the store the staff made us very comfortable and were very helpful with any questions we had. The staff members we spoke with were very well informed about their products and gave us all the information we needed. We never felt that we were under pressure to make a purchase but we did and we are extremely happy with the purchase we made. Very helpful, very polite and friendly!

I was a bit at the end of my tether…
I was a bit at the end of my tether when I entered the shop because my partner wanted to buy me a birthday gift and I was struggling to choose something suitable. I saw a necklace in the window and went in to discuss it. The member of staff who dealt with us was really lovely and reassuring and the whole experience was much more calming than elsewhere. I love the necklace and am so pleased that we went inside.

Another successful visit.
A visit to Powells has become part of our New Year tradition when staying in North Wales. The staff are always very helpful and friendly; the range and quality of products is amazing and we rarely leave without contributing to the local economy!
