Great experience.
Very impressed with the service received. Went out of the way to be helpful and kept in touch at every stage of our purchase and worked with us to get the gift there in time - in spite of a tight timescale. Would definitely purchase from this company again. Our Godson loved his gift - a Newcastle themed hip flask personalised with initials, which Corinne very kindly gift wrapped as well.

Website and product great
Website and product great, however £4.95 standard postage for a £6 book mark is a little criminal :)
Thanks,
Darren
Update: Was contacted by the seller within minutes of my original comment who very kindly explained the previous delivery policy. Again, extremely happy with the product :)

Hi Darren, I am sorry that you were not happy with my postage pricing. I have a standard rate of postage and I do offer a 15% discount on your purchase if you sign up for my newsletter. And you get free postage if you order over £40 on the website. I am able to offer free click and collect but due to the current circumstances I have had to remove that option. I will take your feedback and see what I can do about the postage on smaller items. Your feedback is very much appreciated thank you for taking the time to provide me with it. I will also be in touch with you direct to make sure that you become one of my loyal and satisfied customers.
Update: Our delivery charges have now been changed, the charges are based on the amount customers spend, and therefore when you buy a smaller item like a bookmark the cost is significantly reduced. You can see my full and up to date shipping rates here: https://www.powderbutterfly.com/pages/delivery I am always keen to meet the needs of my valued customers and respond to feedback and make changes where I can. Thanks you for your review and I do hope you will visit Powder Butterfly again soon.
Thanks so much Darren for updating your review to 5 stars. I am so pleased that by changing our delivery policy after your feedback you felt moved to do this. Every review is very much appreciated by me as a small business owner, and my aim is always to deliver the highest level of customer service. Thank you so much fo your support it is very much appreciated.
Striking and distinctive designer British made gifts
Bought some Newcastle cuff links and the heart pin badge from a wonderful display of Powder Butterfly products at an exhibition. I could have bought them all! They make wonderful presents. They are striking and distinctive designs which have been much admired and appreciated by the recipients. Love that they are British made and the connection with the North East. Will certainly be going back to Powder Butterfly for further gifts.
