The order took weeks to ship I wasn’t kept informed and by the time it did eventually ship I had moved

I feel compelled to write a review as I was blown away by every little detail when I received my order! The quality and care that has clearly been put in at every stage of the process is truly exceptional. I adore my whole order!

I received my order after a few weeks (some items were pre-ordered) and after a quick email response from the team, they reassured me the items would be on their way soon and when to expect dispatch. They explained the process in making the Potts etc. which could be seen in the outstanding quality of the items. Although I was SO excited to get my items, I would hands down choose to wait for a company like this over mass produced, poor quality items any day!

To top off an already amazing experience, I emailed to request no tonka candles (I had purchased three sets which all included a surprise refill candle). They came back to me immediately to say that the surprise scents were automatically generated so they couldn't amend them but sent me free 2 Lavendula candles to make up for the tonka freebies I wasn't going to use. How nice is that!!

Wow was I wrong about the tonka (I am not usually a fan of this fragrance)! My mum loves it (I gave it to her) and the smell is divine when it is burning so I am going to order a 4th candle set for myself! I already own the white, green and pink Potts so might as well get Heather too!

I have OCD and one of the few things that can calm my head is a safe lovely smell (in particular essential oils as my mum would use these when I was struggling with my OCD as a child) but I really struggle to find things that don’t smell artificial as that makes it so much worse. I am obsessed and so grateful for your company! Thank you so so much!

Great product and service. A well organised web site allowed easy ordering of my products which arrived nicely packaged and shipped in good time.

I’ve had the Orangery scent before which I adore, but decided to try something new. I ordered the Greenhouse scent, it’s just as gorgeous! Even before I opened up the packaging, there was this lovely fresh smell in my hallway, I’m thrilled to bits, thank you!

I’ve used this company a few times, & having worked in retail most of my working life I can honestly say Pott Candles go above & beyond. Their candles are gorgeous & the scents are subtle but long lasting & the fact that the pot can be refilled is excellent.
Unfortunately, my last order I had a cracked pot, my complaint was dealt with efficiently & within 48 hours a replacement had been dispatched with a personal email. In my opinion I think this is excellent customer service & also shows that they really do care about their customers. I would definitely recommend this company & wish them all the best!

Bit of a luxury but really nice product, well packaged and delivered in reasonable timeframe.

These candles are divine! I’m super picky with candle scents but both the Eden and the Orangery candles are beautiful, and surprisingly powerful enough to fill the house with their scents. The potts and matchpotts are adorable…I now have zero guilt buying these knowing they’ll pretty much last forever. Customer service is spot on too, probably the best customer service I’ve come across! Highly recommend.

Orders received promptly. Unfortunately, one of my potta was broken on arrival, email replied to within 24hrs (my email was sent outside of working hrs), replacement port arrived 2 days later. Couldn't fault the customer service I received!

I love the candles, they are so well made and the scents are beautiful. I also love the fact that you can refill the pott over and over again, making it cost effective. I had an issue with a damaged item which was quickly rectified, customer service is also second to none!

I ordered the starter pack. The candle (fig) smells beautiful and burns evenly with no soot or nasties. I just adore my Pott and the adorable match pott - genius!

I placed my first order yesterday for one of the petite pots and orangery candles and received them this morning. The pot actually exceeds what I was expecting, both the quality of the ceramic pot combined with the lovely scent of the candle is exceptional and I highly recommend them.
Today I’ve placed a subscription for a monthly petite candle as I’m sure I will using the candle regularly and will need a ready supply..lol

Most beautiful candles, love my refills! Such a lovely little treat for myself each month. Makes the house smell gorgeous.

I've always tried to buy candles in pots so they have a second use.
I love the fragrance and so far they seem to burn evenly.
I'm going to do the subscription, I just wish it was slightly more affordable, with discounts for multiple purchases

I was so fed up of throwing away glass containers once the candle had finished. Thank goodness Pott Candles have come to the rescue!
Not only have they saved the waste problem but smell divine too!
The candle pott and matching matches pott are a beautiful addition to my living room.
I can't wait to buy new scented refils.

Fantastic fast delivery.

Excellent customer service. The ceramic candle pott was unfortunately broken on delivery. However, Pott replaced it immediately including the actual candle. I was really impressed with how professional they were making customer experience a priority

I got your starter kit with fig being the first candle used.
The fragrance is fantastic.
Will definitely purchase more.
Only downside is that whilst the clay pot is lovely it could be easy to forget candle is lit and not blow it out.
