Très décue de la Post un colis devais arriver Vendredi avant 20h00 j ai reserver ma journée pour attendre le colis il n est jamais arriver du coup le samedi je vais chez post il me disent que mon colis est en camionette pret a être livre samedi 17h33 je regarde sur l'application ca me dit colis livré or que je n'ai rien reçu je vais donc voir ma boite au lettre le colis n'est pas là et il n y a pas de papier qui me dit ou le récuperer, mais l'application md dit à récuperer au prochain point post a recuperer lundi or que je bien noté laisser devant la porte cela m'embete fortement surtout que j'ai bien noté a laisser devant la porte note de 2 car je suis gentille mais sur ce fait meriterais même -5 😡

Mon colis est arrivé en bon état, cependant, je tiens à exprimer ma déception quant à la manière dont la livraison a été effectuée. La livreuse a déposé le colis de manière brusque, en le jetant avec force dans mon appartement. Ce type de comportement n'est pas acceptable et manque de professionnalisme.

De plus, un tel dépôt comporte des risques, notamment si le colis était mal orienté ou pris par une autre personne. Cette situation aurait pu poser un réel problème. Je trouve cela regrettable et espère que des mesures seront prises pour garantir un service de livraison plus respectueux et sécurisé.

Terrible!!!! The delivery guy signed and left my package at the main door of the building. Therefore, it’s been stolen! They dont admit their mistakes! Be careful!!

De réclamer un solde d’une ligne d’un téléphone portable hors service depuis 2008 d’une personne décédée est une honte et à mon avis une escroquerie.. j’étais en mars 2024 chez eux avec un acte de décès mais ils ne sont pas gênés de renvoyer un « gentle reminder » pour un paiement en octobre 2024.

Very poor service. Instead of taking a parcel to the nearest post office, they took it to the other end of town. They don't even apologise, 'it's a mistake'.

The waiting time at the kiosk Belle Etoile
was more than 45 minutes. The hotline was wasting time. The customer service department didn’t resolve any issues. I tried to find or to know the name of the chief manager of the customers’ department and to write to him/her the letter of complaint but no success.

Il est 15h30 et j arrive à la poste de Rodange.Je suis le seul client, je demande a ouvrir un compte.La personne en face devant moi ne veux pas prendre en charge mon ouverture de compte.Pour elle il est trop tard car cela prends 30 minutes et que la poste ferme a 17h.
Je suis bon en math.Cette dame avait largement le temps de prendre ma requête.Je comprends mieux pourquoi beaucoup de personnes disent que les luxembourgeois sont des feignants.C 'est bien derrière le bureau a ne rien faire,juste a papoter avec un livreur.Bref un zéro pointé.Dans 10 ans vous serez remplacé par des francais

Sent a parcel via "Recommande", for an additional cost, from Luxembourg to Colombia. After a month and a half, the parcel is still stuck in an airport. As Post Lu does not transfer the parcel directly and depends on third parties I'd recommend anyone considering Post LU for sending parcels to foreign countries, to send it directly via internationally operating companies. Waste of money, time and energy.

Ein grosses Dankeschön an die Lutscher der luxemburgischen Post / Telecom.
Das Abo Pop-mobile wurde, nachdem sich das Mobiltelefon im 4G eingewählt hatte, um 219 MB überzogen. Grund hierfür war voraus das grottenschlechte Wlan, welches sich regelmäßig abschiesst.
Nun sollten die 219 MB mit 6 ct abgerechnet werden, macht schlappe 13,- nach Mehrwertsteuer.
Der Anruf bei 80028004 folgte umgehend nach dem Anwaltsstenographisch-Französisch des Vertrages und nach der Beratung sollte eine Zuzahlung von 10,- gebucht werden, um die 219MB auszugleichen.
Das Algorythmusprogramm der Post zeigte diesen Zulauf als Fehler an, erkannte demnach die Tücke. Die Postlerin des Callcenter bestätigte aber den Kauf, womit das Guthaben um 23:35 Uhr ausgeglichen wäre.
Resultat:
Die Post-Telecom klaut sich 13,- für 219 MB, entspricht dem fast 15-fachen Preis des Abos sowie weitere geklaute 10,- für einen sinnlosen Zukauf von 5GB, welcher durch sichtlich falsche Beratung erfolgte.

Ergo Danke an die Armleuchter für den Aufschlag von 23,- auf ein 19,-Abo.
Danke für den Diebstahl.
Diese Bewertung kommt von Herzen und wird -egal wie oft die Post sich wehrt- immer wieder erneut reingestellt.

More than 5 days delay and still not delivered for a package coming from less than 200 km away (other postal services and couriers manage this in less than 2 days) then they Changed the address 3 times although the correct address was given from the start and I had to reach out myself every time to correct it again as the driver is not allowed to call, the customer service gave 3 (!) different explanations on why they changed the address ... if your packages and deliveries are important to you, avoid Post.lu

If it's not delivered again this time I will declare it lost and claim for insurance

Aucun service offert, les petits colis sont systématiquement laissés dans la cage d'escalier depuis 3 ans à mon domicile et n'ayant pas de véhicule ni d'autre moyen de déplacement que mes jambes ou le bus je commande pour livraison par internet et encore une fois le monde n'est fait que pour les valides et non pour les minorités. Deux colis pour un poids total de 11 kilos sont maintenant en bureau de poste alors qu'ils auraient pu être déposés dans ma cage d'escalier et je ne sais pas si je vais parvenir à les porter seule jusqu'à mon domicile car évidemment la poste ne propose pas de représentation ni même de date de livraison les jours où l'on est à son domicile

It is no secret they had been tearing down their headquarter building and resurrecting new one over and over again in last ten years. Not even mentioning the Hamilius building and so many small offices. Those are creme de la creme Money laundering professionals. Probably well greased up and entangled with the shady part of goverment structures and investors.

Et war mir net méiglech eischter do ze sin an ech hun dem Employé am Guichet alles erklärt. Trotzdem huet de jonken Här no 5 min REFUSEIERT seng Aarbescht weider ze maachen mat der Excuse : et wär 19h ! De System geng net mei goen huet hien och nach als Excuse gehol. Wat absolut net stemmt !!! "Ech soll an d'Belle Etoile goen, di wären bis 20h op" huet et geheescht. Obwuel ech insistéiert hun an an Tréinen nach mol erklärt hun wat alles geschitt war, as hien stuer bliwwen an mir kaal an arrrogant widderhol "et as 19h!"

Kuerz drop sin ech quasi, mat menger Valise an ouni Händy, vun der Post eraus gehäit gin.

Ech sin iwwer 30 Joer Cliente bei der Post, den 'Employé' war mol nach net gebuer me huet mech trotzdem ewei e Steck Dreck behandelt. Traureg dass ech dem seng Paï nach bezuelen muss... Leider sin ech wéinst engem Kontrakt nach mat Zeit bei der Post gebonnen soss hätt ech bei der heiter Aktioun alles bei hinnen gekënnegt.

SERVICE MISERABLE à l'agence Post place de la Gare

Après une mésaventure en Amérique du Sud et plus de 24 heures de voyage je suis arrivée à cette filiale à 18h55 pour acheter un nouveau portable dont j'avais urgemment besoin. Je n'avais aucun moyen d'arriver plus tôt et j'ai bien tout expliqué à l'employé au guichet. Cependant ce dernier a après 5min REFUSÉ de contiuer la transaction sous prétexte qu'il était 19h et que le système ne fonctionnait plus après cette heure-là. Ce qui est absulument faux !!! 'Allez à la Belle Etoile, ils sont ouverts jusqu'à 20h' m'a-t-il simplement dit. Malgré que je l'aie supplié en pleurs et encore une fois tout expliqué il est resté de marbre et a répété avec arrogance "il est 19h !"

J'ai quasiment été mise à la porte de la poste avec ma valise mais sans portable.

Je suis cliente de la Post depuis plus de 30ans, cet employé n'était même pas encore né mais il m'a traité comme de la m****! En plus je dois continuer à payer son salaire car malheureusement étant liée par contrat je ne peux pas tout résilier.

Absolument inacceptable !!!

What a terrible experience I had with one of the delivery guy of Post LU (Differdange Area) yesterday, I arrived from work and saw the letter on the ground and very wet! that’s only the first part , Secondly since I’m not be able to receive because I’m at work they put the WRONG tracking Id number ! and for the last part they forgot to put the address where to get the package ! I had to call them to know where did they brought my package! a

The word is not only damn but “extremely STUPID “ !

Very arrogant in their attitude regarding customers.
I went their and asked help with their ticket machine. The security said “can’t you read!? Here you have to read, not ask questions!”. Very rude.
The guy at the telecom desk was not interested to help me playing all the time with his brand new iphone (private use) instead of helping me. They refuse to let you keep your modem even though i bought it there years ago. They refuse to give you the codes allowing you to set up your devices as their technical stuff do not take in charge. So how can you do if they don’t give you the codes nor install it.
They don’t know their price lists. I had to call several times, everytime different prices going from 54 eur to 105 eur! They have a monopol situation on the market. They make fun of people and don’t respect you!
Definitely a company not to work with.

Never have been disappointed with delivery service of Poste! Always in time, tracking the package is accurate, and the items are always in good condition. Whenever I see my package will be delivered by Poste, I know it is in safe hands

Had issues with Packup box and contacted Customer Support. All I got back was attitude of the CS person and no help at all. I have worked in CS myself so I would never be rude to companies when contacting them, but to receive this out of the blue attitude from CS was shocking.
