A wonderful river cruise
The flights were smooth and well coordinated with little layover time. The hotel was comfortable and a short walk to the historic centre. The River cruise was amazing. The food was great and the staff worked very hard to ensure that we had a great time. The only hitch was our transfer did not show up to the airport but we had a contact number and this soon rectified. Overall a wonderful experience and highly recommended

Love the simple booking process
The website and agents make it straightforward to pick packages for Lisbon, Porto, Algarve, etc. You can book flights + hotels + tours in one place.
Good customer support: They respond quickly by email/phone when you have questions.
Best for packages, not just flights: It’s easier to book a full trip with them.
Bottom line: If you want a hassle-free, all-in-one Portugal trip without piecing together hotels and tours yourself, Portugal Getaways is "easy to book" and reliable.

Booked with Portugal Getaways after…
Booked with Portugal Getaways after researching their company and others. Chose PG since someone else we know had been pleased with their experiences. We also liked other reviews written out this company and the fact that they are a Portuguese company doing tours in their own country. Service was prompt and friendly… received booking info., itinerary and airline tickets within a 1/2 hour of booking! I also liked their cancellation policy, compared to some other companies. We are looking forward to our self-guided trip, with all the essentials having been taken care of (air, hotel, train, transfers)!
