The trip was exactly what we hoped for
The trip was exactly what we hoped for. The flight departures and arrival times, not so much.
The PG staff were excellent to talk to and made adjustments that we asked for without difficulty. The location, Vitors Village, was exactly what we hoped for. Their site and service was more than we expected. We have referred many of our friends and family to Portugal Getaways and plan to return in 2027.

Called to book a girls' vacation and…
Called to book a girls' vacation and spoke with Adriana Baptista, who was fabulous!! She was so nice and answered all our (many) questions, got us all set with hotels & activities, gave us the night to discuss and make sure we were good with proceeding with the booking. The next day we called and finalized our trip and we are GOING TO PORTUGAL! Excellent service and trip choices.

The booking online was straight forward…
The booking online was straight forward and the agent following up with a text was very supportive. There was an international fee of 16.57$ I was not made aware of, also 2 of the charges said they were reoccurring in the title I had to do a follow-up phone call for verification.
