Difficult booking experience
We dealt with Diogo and he was friendly; however, he made multiple mistakes throughout the process that I had to catch and have rectified. I have used Azores Getaways once and Portugal Getways two other times. This has to be the worst experience I have had with them. The agents need to be friendly, knowledgeable, and competent. If the customer has to do all the work, what is the point. And the cancellation policy that is emailed to the client should match what is on their website. Extra fees to be charged should be made very clear.

Easy Customizable Booking Process
Browsing your website, I was inspired by a couple of trip options available in the Algarve region and saved them for reference. One of your travel agents contacted me to follow up, and we were able to connect via email and customize the trip to our needs and liking, from places to hotels and the number of days , recomanding best available options. The communication was easy and efficient, in a matter of a couple of days we were able to book everything including securing the flights. The staff was very responsive, polite and professional and I had a very positive experience with the entire booking process.
