Dealing with Luísa thru emails worked out wonderfully she was prompt on her replies to any questions we put forth. She found us a few good locations after are change in thoughts broke down what each residence had, but we always came back to the original one she proposed. It took several weeks to work through it and Luísa was always pleasant in her responses with explanations and we are looking forward to our trip to Portugal in the new year, this will be a different area and we love Portugal 🇵🇹. After using Portugal Getaways ten times for holidays in your country, this time we were disappointed. Diogo did not ask he right questions about our reservations and issued incorrect tickets. Afterwards for three days we were pursued for data which could have been easily obtained at the outset.
Otherwise - all right.

Good itinerary and fast reply. But if we got more friends to join and adjustment not to join your tour should get more credit adjustment or a day rental car. I have referred over 10 families to join and should have a loyalty or referral program

It was so easy to book the destinations…
It was so easy to book the destinations we wanted and all our transfers were handled by Portuguese Getaways. All we have to do is show up at the airport. Not only was the staff personable, but they were very knowledgeable and helpful. We were sent info on side trips everywhere and car rental where applicable. We also received a brochure on San Miguel. All without asking. They really care you enjoy your trip to their country
