They need to ship the product that was ordered and paid for not make "helpful" substitutions.

I ordered a Nautilus CC Plus (non-Wi-Fi version) and they shipped the Wi-Fi version thinking I would appreciate the "free upgrade". I would much rather have the basic machine. They offered to take it back and I could order another one but hear me out: Someone who uses a robot to clean their pool is obviously not excited about extra work so I kept it.

I recently bought a reconditioned Maytronics pool vacuum from PoolPartz. The reconditioned item looked absolutely brand new! While the vacuum robot cleaned the pool great, it wasn’t connecting to the phone app. I contacted Joe at PoolPartz and he immediately had a replacement part ordered. It arrived a few days later and fixed the issue. This is an excellent business.

I would highly recommend Poolpartz as a reliable and customer centered pool equipment supplier
They are a major Maytronics pool vacuum dealer and. Joe the owner is a pleasure to fo business with
Regarding Maytronics I just bought a refurbished Dolphin vacuum and it has worked great so far just like my prior one which lasted more than 8 years

I wanted to purchase a robotic pool cleaner for my pool. While shopping online I came upon "PoolPartz". I wanted to find some customer satisfaction reviews before I committed to a purchase of a Dolphin cleaner from this company and didn't find much information. so I called the number on the website and Joe, the owner answered the phone. We discussed the product and he convinced me to buy a factory refurbished unit so I did. The cleaner arrived within a few days of my order and I have been pleased. I recommend PoolPartz.com
