Took over 2 months to complete order
Took over 2 months to complete order, instead of the 5-10 days stated. I was visiting the Uk a month after ordering and was hoping to bring them back with me to save on shipping fees. Now I have an order of saddle pads stuck in the UK until my next visit due to very untimely processing.
This is the second time this has happened.
Your product is excellent, but your customer service leaves a lot to be desired.
The phone is never answered, voicemails not returned, unresponsive to emails and days to reply to a Facebook message.
Such a disappointment for a great product!

Lovely lunging pad
Lovely lunging pad, my little pony has dropped lots of weight and his lunging roller was uncomfortable, we tried a numnah but that wouldn't stay put with the movement, so an internet search directed me to PolyPads. I chose turquiose to match the lunging roller, lovely colour and very soft and squishy which is perfect for making my boy comfortable whilst he works.

Absolutely love the pad
Absolutely love the pad, super pleased with it. The time it took to prepare and the lack of communication wasn’t great, but postage was refunded. I would order again, as the pads are wonderful.

Really good quality saddle pad and good embroidery, only fault was that I didn’t receive a confirmation email so wasn't able to track order or have my order number.

Delivery time far too long
Product is for for purpose and expected however took 3.5 weeks to arrive! Upon order I was promised 7-10 days to be made and then I paid an additional £8 for 24 hour delivery so should have arrived within 11 days.

Inaccurate time frames. Poor comms.
No communication.
Specific time frame specified in the confirmation email. Gone beyond that time frame and asked where my order was, no reply to 4 emails. Today it has been dispatched, with 48hour courier but paid for 24hour.
Very bad customer service, lack of comms.
