We’ve used PolyPads on our horses for over 20 years!
Rides well, fit well, wash well… fabulous.

Order tool a long time to arrive nearly a month!, emailed multiple times with no reply or update on when my order will arrive. I wrote a comment on their Facebook page about this and then received an email to say it had been dispatched.
Lovely numnah but awful customer service. Will not order again unfortunately

Smooth experience from ordering online to delivery at the doorstep.

I had heard they had shut down but obviously just gossip as received my bespoke polypads within 2 weeks of ordering and in plenty of time for HOYS. They’re stunning!

Absolutely appalling company to deal with customer service is non existent, I made an order 3 months ago and still waiting, I’ve emailed countless times with no response, I now want a full refund no as completely exhausted my patience, if anyone has any advice on how this can be done I’d be very grateful.

5 week delivery. Not ideal.

Terrible took 2 months to receive our saddlepad I tried to contact them multiple times but was ignored promised to refund postage but haven’t done that either . Not acceptable at all really

Product is lovely but took a lot longer than expected and communication was poor.
I tried calling the number on the invoice which didn’t work, mobile on website not available, no reply to emails or facebook messages.
Very strange but eventually the items just arrived.

Can’t fault the quality of the products. Each is custom made to order and so it takes longer to receive items than one that’s ready made and picked off the shelf. I have made orders on three separate occasions over the last three years and I have had to same experience each time, with the item taking longer than stated on the website. On each occasion I made an enquiry for an order update which is answered only once the item has been made and is ready to ship. I need to learn to be patient! Rest assured, the items have always arrived. If you want a quality custom made polypad this is what you have to do!

I ordered the wrong colour and they changed it for me and also messed them around and changed my mind A LOT
They were brilliant
And when my item arrived I was over the moon
The quality is beautiful and I am very pleased with the colour
Even better - the fit is fabulous on the horse and for the saddle

I am ordering another one (or two or three) as soon as I get paid

Order took 37 days to arrive. In that time Polypad were uncontactable. They phone numbers on the website didn’t connect. And they didn’t respond to my emails. Poor customer service. Very disappointing as this was for a birthday gift which was missed

Still waiting on a delivery from the 2nd of June!!! I already own a few polypad saddle pads and can’t fault them brilliant products. However I was informed 7-10 days for a delivery and here we are nearly a month later, still no sign 😔. I emailed them and I got a response saying there was a problem with the embroidery and they would prioritise my order and would give me a notification when it’s being shipped however that was a week ago and there still has been nothing.

I have always used polypads …. I hated the fiddliness of the straps on conventional numnahs… I always like to wash my numnahs after every ride and when I discovered there was a pad WITHOUT the straps and that the pads STAY in place I was delighted and have never gone back! This time I went for the extra length and a ‘doubler’! Luxury for my 30 year old French trotter Robbia.
Sorry that should read 20 year old French trotter! 😆

Not received this order that was placed end of May!!!! Took ages to dispatch then offered 48hr courier, a week later I emailed and got a response saying they would check with courier…I asked for them to let me know but still haven’t heard back a week on!!!
