I’ve had call backs from life insurance before and just out the phone down as the call felt draining to me but Scott made me laugh throughout the call whilst also being informative, professional and putting me on the life insurance train. 10/10

Really good, I requested a quotation and got a call back shortly after. James Green was really helpful. He talked me through everything clearly and helped me understand everything. I previously got quoted a ridiculous amount from elsewhere, but I got a really good quote with Polly that covers everything I need. I felt no pressure to go through with anything if I didn’t want to and James was not pushy, he offered me different quotes to work within budget and made me feel comfortable. Would recommend.

I spoke with Adam Grinter and he was honestly so wonderful, his customer service was fantastic, spoke to me calmly and explained everything very well to me and was so amazing when my little boy was crying and he allowed me to calm him down before continuing, definitely recommend him as he’s very lovely to talk to.

PLEASE go with this company to sort your life insurance out. I have various health conditions and after being led to various loose/dead ends with other insurance brokers or being automatically rejected from the insurance companies themselves, I turned to Polly for help, having seen various social media advertisements about them.

I was lucky enough to get through to Linda Anstey, who has consistently took her time with me over the past few months, through multiple calls to carefully guide and explain to me the process of applying for life insurance. Not only did she help me navigate insurance, she fought my corner and advocated for me every step of the way and even in the background, keeping me updated when I needed to be, and it’s meant more than she’ll ever know!

Because of Linda, I am now relieved and relaxed knowing I have a life insurance plan in place when I purchase my property on Friday and I can’t thank her enough😊

I really wanted life insurance for my kids and partner but for a while wasnt sure which company to go with, after speaking with Louis Matthias I felt very reassured and relaxed considering how daunting this can be to put into place. He treated me like a friend instead of a customer which made the overall situation alot easier to set up. He explained everything to me and I didnt once feel like I had to ask any questions as he literally covered everything I needed to know.
Louis was outstanding and so glad he dealt with my insurance policy he made this experience the best it could be and it was so easy to sort!
