Product does not look anything like the picture. Poor quality, way overpriced. The return process is a joke. Took over a month for me to get a refund. Had to pay out of my own pocket to ship it back. After emailing weekly for updates I kept being told they were waiting on the financial team. Emailed again and again for updates on my return. Now it’s been over a month. And I’m convinced if I hadn’t kept emailing them I would never have gotten any updates.
**Update**
They emailed me yesterday, saying that my money had FINALLY been refunded. I checked my card and it was pending. And now it’s gone all together!!! I’m disputing the charge with my bank right now. This place is such a scam… stay away !!!! Now I’m reporting them to the FTC

Ordered some jackets that were a little too big had an amazing experience with the returns team, they were really nice and did everything to make sure I got the correct sizes and I thank them for it. I will continue to be a customer with this company I also like their quality.

One of the worst shopping experiences…
One of the worst shopping experiences ever.
Firstly order did not arrived, then after two months of unavailability from their side i canceled it and asked for refund. Then they said that "We are solving this with PayPal team" i was contacting them every month and response was pretty much same. After 180 days they finally replied to me differently, but said: Oh so buyer protection has expired and we cannot refund you. Then they gave me options to resend it again or voucher for another purchase ! So They are sending order again after more than a HALF a YEAR !
This is scam site, do not ever order anything.
If there is people that got cheated in a similar way, please contact me, I am making Lawsuit from this.
