1 star because my order was delayed approximately 2 years. If I hadn't emailed Pollogie back regarding my order that was already paid for I would've never gotten my clothes or a refund. My order was cancelled because I wasn't home at the time of my delivery and couldn't sign to get it dropped off. However after 2 years I finally emailed Pollogie regarding my order and in 1 month it was delivered and dropped off on my porch which is what should've happened initially. Customer service was handled well after I made a complaint and I was offered a discount on my next order but I feel I should've been compensated for paying in advance and waiting all that time for my order. My pants are a little shorter than I expected too this has been a disappointing experience. After reading many previous messages as well as my Pollogie sounds like a scam. They delay everything in hopes that you'll forget about your money and clothes. The clothes are made of super cheap materials. 3 pants with this quality should've costed max $75CAD. Not $150+shipping, delays and headaches. ... Never again.

Terrible, no follow ups and has been over a month without arriving

This is the third time my order got lost, i never ger a satisfactory answer and it’s been more than 5 months already. And the tracking service is really deficient and outdated

Extremely bad service cannot teach an agent never received goods cannot track my order and no one returns my call. Will need to contact state attorney general

Very poor customer service. On the one hand you have to pay high return fees due to the fact that you have to send the package to Slovakia. On the other hand you have to wait ages to get your money back. I‘m waiting now for 2 weeks and only get excuses, but no money. Buy local!

NEW UPDATE! They have to give the case to PayPal department. This is an amazing company! Take off your fingers. You will sure be disappointed by them.

This site misleading people to think they are buying high quality clothes with high prices where if fact they just order from AliExpress using your shipping address with less than half of the price you paid.
Nice way of doing money though.
UPDATE:
I got the jacket package that reached through China post. The package was sealed with Pollogie logo, also on the jacket tag there was Pollogie logo. Seems they have some cooperation with the Chinese seller. The jacket looks not of high quality as it looks in the website (as expected), not worth the amount I paid anyway. But it can be wearing for just going out occasionally, that’s why I changed the rate from one star to two.

The jacket is perfect, it arrived 4 weeks after the order without any problem.
I was doubtful because there weren't many reviews, but now I am satisfied.

The product (a jacket) is very nice; well made, comfortable. There was not much communication on shipping, and arrival took longer than expected.

Shipping is very poor. The tracking number is as good as not having one. It shows no details of where the package is or when it will be delivered. It’s been 20 days for 2 of my orders and I have no idea where they are. The 3rd order I received 2 tracking numbers; neither works. For my first review your team responded that someone will contact me but no one did. Not impressed.

1.)Product came out exactly what the picture was
2.)Price reasonable

Cons:
There was no tracking in 3 days, no heads up to the buyer that items is going to be delayed. No exact date was provided of delivery.

My items was delivered even before I recieved a tracking number. This experienced had myself worried and if only I've got a tracking number I would've gave this a 5 star.
