A Disappointing Weekend with the Platform
There was no one to quality check my study after it was completed which resulted in me unable to add more completes. There was no one to approve a submitted survey so it sat there over the weekend for a full day before it was approved. AND Pollfish results weren't being fully ingested into the Data Viz platform. No one was working the chat so we had to sit here trying our best to make due with what we had. We had client pitches and deadlines and this was very, very disappointing

Lo más difícil fue montar la encuesta en la aplicación porque molesta bastante, todo el tiempo se sale y te sale la opción de refrescar la página, lo que pude identificar es que pasa cuando traduces la página, si lo haces en inglés no molesta tanto. La experiencia después de tener el instrumento fue fabulosa, rápida, un gran acompañamiento y soporte para asegurar los resultados y lo mejor, los tiempos en la obtención de estos me sorprendió.

Amazing experience! So much better than PickFu. The questionnaire build is so intuitive. Pricing package is easy to understand. No piling on of extra charges. Straightforward. The team approved right away, even had suggestions. Support was so responsive when I had a question about teams permissioning. Could not believe how fast the 500 survey responses happened. Data was so comprehensive. We got exactly what we needed and were able to slice the data in so many effective ways. Great reporting. Highly recommend. Plan to use Pollfish again.

I had to run 2 surveys because the A/B is confusing
I had to run 2 surveys because the A/B test format you use is confusing and misleading. The results and the way to build the questions were useless.
Fortunately, I had the opportunity to rerun the survey, but using a simple multiple-choice question, and the results were much better. Thanks for the credit. That was useful for running the study for the second time.
But in general a great tool.
