First, the Pollfish interface has certain limitations, such as the inability to set required/optional questions, no option to go back to the previous page, and an overall less intuitive survey editing process. More importantly, the quality of the collected survey results was extremely poor: surveys designed to take 3–5 minutes were completed by more than half of the respondents in just 1–2 minutes. These responses are clearly invalid, if not fraudulent. In this situation, how can we possibly continue using this platform?

Overall, our experience with Pollfish was very disappointing. May I ask if it is possible to request a refund for the invalid survey responses?

We had been looking for a pay-as-you-go insights platform and this one didn't disappoint! Has a ton of capabilities and the AI suggestions are actually helpful.

The website is intuitive to use. I was able to create my own survey very easily.
When validating the survey and before processing the payment, Pollfish gives you valuable feedback on the structure of the survey and the target audience, so you can improve it before publishing it. This helped me spend my money more wisely and target the right audience.
The results dashboard is just great. You can filter responses and view them in different ways depending on how you want to use and analyze the data.
Overall, I am very satisfied with my experience for what I consider to be a fair price (about CHF 300.- for 100 responses)

I really like the possibility of getting responses without having to use my lead database.
My last survey required a specific number of responses by age, and Pollfish performed flawlessly.

Easy to use platform, fast and cost effective. I could not screen for my specific target market which was unfortunate. Every varying attempt I made resulted in not enough people signing up and a failed survey.

Platform leave a LOT to be desired! Lack of stat testing available on platform, lack of quality control, lack of research resources, lack of programming ability, etc. Not an ideal solution for researchers who want to have control over their data and/or obtain good quality data.

Easy to use and straight forward.

I used this for the first time for a benchmark report and found it was easy to use, didn't even need a tutorial. They were also prompt to evaluate my report and the results were clear to interpret.

There's a speeder problem and the lack of education and income being available across countries costs me tens of thousands of USD per year in extra question fees, whereas Pollfish provided this before the merger with Proedge.

We’ve bought 500 answers, it ended very quickly in just half an hour. After reading the responses we noticed unusual pattern, many respondents answered same answer on most questions which made the result looks invalid for us. Hope the company can filter useless responses on system level.

I liked the feedback I got trying to do it on my own. It was super helpful. I spent a month trying to organically get responses, I got less than 50 and using this platform I got 300 on less than 48 hours. The summary with % and data points are perfect for my presentation deck.

The platform was easy to use, and survey responses were quick, but the quality was very low. It was clear the respondents were incentivized to fill out the survey as quickly as possible without much consideration. Perhaps there would have been better results with a better survey design, but with any open ended text questions the results were useless.

A great product with a robust interface that cleverly uses AI to enable the user to create the most efficient and effective survey based on their needs. I'll be using this regularly moving forward when I need direct market feedback, and fast.

The ai feature is cool. It was my first time using the tool and the A - B feedback were so close that I’m not really sure what to do still.
