Repair and service. I somehow managed to break the lanyard…
I somehow managed to break the lanyard on my air vest and being able to phone up and talk to a real person was great. I sent it back and as it was due a service that was done as well. It was returned very promptly .

Good description of the different jackets, I chose a 'Hunter,' it fits well and looks smart with a zip fastener. The jacket was dispatched as soon as I ordered it and it arrived the next day.

My positive and excellent experience
The most helpful and knowledgeable response to my phone call. Plus, the gas canisters were despatched speedily and they arrived the following day. This positive and helpful experience has always been the case whenever I have needed to contact Point 2. No hesitation in recommending them to everyone.

Having my jacket serviced every year…
Having my jacket serviced every year ensures that it’s working properly, so when I come off it gives me as much protection as possible. As a senior rider, I don’t bounce as much as I did in my youth, my body breaks on impact with the ground. This service gives me great peace of mind and is helping me stay in the saddle and active. Injuries mean time off work, and I must work to keep my horse. Having a fully serviced and reliable point two to wear every day is a no-brainer. Thank you so much 😊
