I paid $50 for a jumbo size pillow (21 inches) and it only came out as 17 inches. Additionally, the quality is horrible. To add on even more, it takes a month to actuallt get delivered.
Placed my order on Aug 12th of 2026, with an expected delivery date of no later than the 25th. On the 24th I contact Plushara about this, on the 27th I emailed them again as I hadn't heard anything back. Finally on the 31st they responded saying "your package was temporarily held in customs" however this was a lie as the tracking for the item showed it was "2026-08-31 23:34 Mainland China, CN, Arrived at origin facility" on 8-31 and hadn't even begun clearing customs into the USA.
Finally on Sept 8th I received the package, which was delivered to the wrong address, nearly 2 weeks later than advertised. Additionally, I purchased a "Large (17in / 44cm)" pillow; however, the item I received was only 13.5" (34cm) across its longest dimension. I emailed their support again and as of writing this review, 10/3, I have heard nothing back and have filed a dispute with my bank.
I got my daughter a pillow of her cat when she left for college as a gift and it’s hilarious. Great gift and good quality .

I paid £44 for a 44cm plush of my cat freddy. It came and it looks absolutely horrendous, as if it was a dead cat on the ground. Fake business.
Yeah, this is not a real business. I paid $70 for an item that never arrived. I have to email support a handful of times to get any type of response. They claimed my item was lost in the mail, and offered to send me a new one for free, then completely ghosted me. If there is anyone you can report Plushara to, report Plushara. I will never see that $70 again.
Terrible make, size, small, disgusting, and disappointing. They don't reply to emails. It was supposed to be 23 cm but it's 16 cm
I ordered two pillows in the first half of december, to this day 25.01.2025 i haven't received my order because it had wrong contact information so I never had a chance to get it. My order will be returned to sender (plushara so across the sea). I have written a couple times to plushara about this and silence, nothing... I paid quite a lot for a scam it seems. don't buy there. thank you
Paid for a custom cat pillow a month before i needed it.
A month later i hear nothing from plushara, so i decide to mail them myself. They answer my mail requesting my order number, which i give them, and i never hear back from them again. I use the tracking number to find out they had tried to deliver it but failed, but I've gotten no information about pick up and delivery. They returned it to the seller. I mail them again after finding this out, with no response.
Worst experience ever. This was supposed to be a gift!
