What a great company. Mark on the initial telephone conversation- answered all my questions and explained procedure for my flooded carpets in my sitting room.
Arrived at exact time agreed. Very professional AND friendly. So pleased - have just recommended to my neighbour Jean!

Fabulous Great Job…
After reading good reviews about Smile Carpet Cleaning Services. I picked up the phone for a quote to have my Bedroom, Stairs, Landing and Through Down Stairs Lounge carpets cleaned.
My call was greeted professionally and a quote provided . Impressed I went ahead and booked. I was advised by text of my confirmation booking and Mark kept in contact to advise he would be with us at 9am.
What a great friendly very efficient gent he is. Nothing too much trouble no mess left behind and the results are INCREDIBLY OUTSTANDING.
FULLY RECOMMEND
