I found the bath taps I was looking for, at a price I could hardly believe.
The service was fast and the delivery cost was very reasonable,

well worth a visit to the website, found part id struggled finding elsewhere, good value and very swift trouble free service

best price for required item, easy to order over phone, all staff very helpful, will use again and recommend to anyone.

Here within 2 days. No hassle, straight forward, perfect

EASY TO FIND WHAT YOU LOKING FOR , FAST DELIVERY AND GREAT PRICES. I RECOMEND IT .

I ordered a part online and opted for collect in store. WIthin the hour I had received an email and a call to inform me the product was ready for collection. No problems. And the price was the best I had found.

Highly recommend this company. Rxcellent website, very good delivery.

Placed an order during Bank holiday weekend, the order was promptly attended to and was delivered within 48 hours. Fast and efficient.

The same item from a building merchant 500 meters from where I live was priced at around £100 more than I paid including delivery. Quick efficient service. Definately recommend Plumbing Place.

Ordred item on-line. No problem. Store telephoned a few hours later to say it would be ready to collect the next day.
Arrived at store following day with confirmation of order printed from web-site.
Person at counter totally confused, said he'd never seen a confirmation of order paper before and couldn't find item. Asked colleague who was equally useless. Told him I had been telephoned the day before. Disappeared 'upstairs' to 'sort it out', having spoken to a senior colleague. Eventually returned and found the item sitting on the counter. Given a 'collection note', showing no price paid and made out to Plumbing Place, Walter Tipper. Queried this and more or less told to go away.
Yes, I got the item I wanted, but what appalling service - 2 guys running around like headless chickens, as if they had never had an on-line order before.
Not the sort of service I expect from Walter Tipper Ltd.

Ordered the item & received it within 2 days of placing the order. Very happy with the service & I would definitely recommend this company.

We wanted to purchase a bath shower mixer tap with the matching basin tap.
We also wanted to purchase Bristan a name that we knew. Plumbing Place had the type that we wanted at a very good price. It was despatched quickly and arrived well packaged.

Ordered materials taking a week to ship, buy local and don't get this hassle, time is money but not to this company!

The Item requested delivered in good condition on the indicated date - so very satisfactory service.

Bought this product to house a tile on an access panel. Flimsy, overly complicated, no room for error or taking into account grout spacing and the magnets don't grab unless perfectly lined up. Only reason you didn't get one star was the service was pretty good.

Items arrived in good order and in quick time at a good price. Cant fault.

Would recommend this company to anyone

My order included a lot of small inexpensive items, so quite a lot of fiddly work for the picker. All done correctly and despatched very quickly. For Hepworth products the range of items available at the on-line shop is more complete than at most rival websites.

I was very impressed by the customer service. A phone call to check delivery would suit me. Delivered fast and great product
