We find this review slightly confusing as you have not made an order with ourselves.
We completely understand negative feedback if a corresponding order number is tagged to the order however on this occasion that is not the case.
The reason we charge £75 on delivery is due to the rising courier costs due to inflation. The likelihood is the part in question is either a 6m length of tube or fragile pottery. If we sent this on standard couriers - it would arrive to yourself damaged.
We make no profit on delivery costs, therefore we find this particular review extremely unjustified and unfair.
However, as always we appreciate the feedback.

Find the balance from somewhere and get them to the customer. Communicate with customer at every stage. Stuff of dreams these days? Not for Plumbing 4 Less. They did all this, and delivered the balance the next day. Great service, great response, great communication, great price and super quick delivery. Brilliant, thank you.
