Slow and Wrong but did respond.
UPDATE to original review below - they did respond quickly to wrong goods. 2 day turnaround to get replacement. They used DPD this time; far, far quicker than EVRI.

The order took an age to arrive because they use EVRI to deliver. It then transpired they had sent the wrong product, the 3486 (Sievert blow torch handle with no trigger) instead of the 3488 - with trigger. So I now have to post this back at my own expense before they will despatch the correct product which will no doubt take yet another nine days to arrive. So job on hold for 3 weeks +.

I bought a water pump on April 14, I received a confirmation email that Estimated delivery Thursday, May 18–Monday, May 22, I did not receive any information until the 29th. I wrote an email, I didn't get an answer, on May 30 I called the phone indicated on the website, no one answered the whole day. Don't waste your money you won't get it back, don't waste your money you won't get it back, the goods even more so, I needed a pump, sorry for the lost time not money.
