Really shocking customer service. I ordered a Tshirt which was too big and was promised a label to return the item for a smaller size. I have now been waiting a month to return the item and receive a refund. Completely ignore my messages, no telephone number, no chat line and no other way of contacting Pleasing.
£57 for a t shirt and £11 postage and this is how they treat customers. I am shocked! Avoid!

Sky-high product prices and shipping costs to the UK. Bought the nail set which appears to have been posted *from* the UK, so no import labels on the product itself, despite paying an individual import tax. Bought it as a Christmas present for my daughter but the *presentation* box shown on the website simply had postage labels slapped on the box! No protective packaging. Present ruined. I can’t give a gift to my daughter covered with unremovable Royal Mail labels! Two weeks’ worth of emails to Pleasing went ignored until I finally received a reply which basically said ‘we decided to do it this way, your comments are noted, suck it up.’ No refund/return questions answered.
So in essence it’s a very slick marketing ploy to young fans of Harry Styles and the parents who pay for the products, but the products are a rip-off and they don’t appear to care about the fans or the paying customers. Instagram comments show a number of upset recipients too. Harry, I hope you’re happy with the money, but your company needs to think about what it’s doing to your fanbase!

Website states that it ships to the UK.
My 15 year-old daughter placed an order not realising how long delivery was going to be - the confirmation email stated that it was only a "pre-order" to be shipped at a later date.

The website does not offer any means to cancel an order, instead stating that you need to email customer services.
The response from customer services was that "all sales are final" and no refunds or cancellations are possible.
Over the course of several emails I attempted to explain that this was not acceptable with UK customers, to be met with a blanket response of "all sales are final".

Hence this review, which would be 0 stars if possible. If you're shopping from the UK, avoid at all costs.
