Waardeloos bedrijf en nog kanslozere klantenservice. 23 nov bestelling gedaan en nooit geleverd door gls. Gls geeft toe dat ze het kwijt zijn maar Pleasing doet helemaal niets. Als je al een antwoord krijgt is het: "wacht nog maar even af". Begrijp niet dat iemand met zo'n doelgroep met zo'n bedrijf in zee gaat. Jonge meiden oplichten met veel te dure rotzooi welke vaak niet eens aankomt. En dan niemand te bereiken. Had liever eerst de reviews gelezen voor ik besteld had. Als je besteld, dan via Paypal of creditcard anders ben je je goede geld kwijt.
Order returned to sender, replacement not shipped
Unfortunately, I had similar bad experience as others have mentioned here before. Placed an order, which was shipped 3 days after. The parcel however then was stored in a warehouse for over 9 days without any updates. Pleasing customer service told me to wait a little longer to see if the parcel will still arrive, as sometimes parcel tracking is incorrect. I was a little dubious after reading the reviews here, so I contacted the warehouse directly to find out why my parcel wasn’t being delivered. I was told the parcel was actually returned to Pleasing, as the shipping company had not been given the correct customs information. I informed Pleasing about this, who issued a replacement order, but over a week later the replacement order still has not been shipped. It’s now been almost 3 weeks since the original order was placed, the money (£150+) has been taken but I still don’t know when I will receive my order. Considering the popularity of this brand and the pricing of the items sold, I would expect a better shipping process and customer experience.

Absolutely shocking company and I wish I had ordered it from selfridges.
If I don't hear anything by tomorrow I will be contacting PayPal for a refund.

I purchased some lovely 'Pleasing' products for my young daughter today from Selfridges, Trafford Centre and i have to say that these are great! The sales assistant Francesca was so helpful and knowledgeable - my daughter will be so happy!

Very disappointed. Nail varnish goes gluggly after a few weeks and won't set. All stored correctly but very poor quality.

Products missing and eventually after waiting what seemed like ages... a replacement arrived. A replacement that arrived in a damaged box. Packaging too was damaged, and address misleading which may have caused delays. For price and quality It just isn't worth placing an order as this was supposed to be an Xmas present. In summary, don't use this business, and Harry you need to remove your name from the brand.

Crap products at rip off prices - I sent this to them
I have received my pathetic order of 20 x Double Wire Plug connectors. Firstly you took far too long to ship, you claimed 7 to 9 days in you advertisment, mine arrived 20 + days later. Secondly the quality of these pieces is dreadful. I have used 4 of them so far and each one has FAILED to lock or make a good safe reliable connection. Lastly, to charge £1.00 for each individual connector, for the dreadful quality of your products is a discrace !
I am writing to Tradng Standards U.K. to make a forma complaint against your company for the poor and in my view unsafe quality of the products you have provided. Furthermore I will now launch a dedicated campaign against your company and your products across Social Media to warn others of your, what only can be described as 'Rip Off' products.

Like so many other, shipping has been a disaster and products still haven’t arrived
Like so many others, my complaint is with the company, not the product.
Placed two orders in November to be shipped to Canada as Christmas gifts. It is now January 20 and neither has arrived. Both parcels took weeks to ship, both were “lost in the mail” or “returned to sender”. Indicates to me that they have issues with their shipping department and labels.
Both orders were reissued. I still have yet to receive them. One is somewhere mid shipping. The other never shipped. I emailed to ask why and was told one of the items in the order is now out of stock and was offered a refund. I asked for a different nail polish set to be out in the order instead and they agreed. Then today I got notice that the original order was shipped out partially, without the replacement nail polish set, and that the other one (that is out of stock) would be sent when it’s back in stock.
To say I am beyond frustrated is an understatement. I ordered items from around the world for Christmas and all arrived in a timely way. But this company can’t get its act together to ship something cross border in a month? And then use what is clearly an unreliable shipping method and blame it on the shipper. Ridiculous. They should choose a different shipping provider then. But no, it’s a constant deflection of responsibility.
Love the products but will likely never order again based on this experience.
Awful customer experience for what is…
Awful customer experience for what is supposed to be an ethics led company - deliveries either late or never arrive via couriers with No accountability taken by Pleasing. My advice is to keep a very close eye on order tracking. Last order no update after 3 weeks and previous order was a failed delivery -response a Shrug off and offer of a refund eventually - shame a committed young customer didn’t get their Christmas presents. “Not our problem…”
My daughter remains a fan due to HS support - will be working on her to divert her to a more sustainable and ethically led organisation.
Nothing pleasing about a scam
As many other reviewers have already expressed, this brand has awful customer service and shady business practices. Someone needs to look into how they are running their business and taking peoples money with the promise of delivering orders on time.
In my case, their website claimed to deliver orders in time for Christmas if purchased by 12/13 and by paying additional for shipping. Christmas came and went and nothing arrived, no shipment tracking updates or communication from the brand. As other have stated they create a label, via shipment tracking, and then nothing gets shipped. You reach out to customer service and they reply with a fabricated story about how the package has left the warehouse and that the shipment tracking carriers is at fault, in this case UPS, for not updating the status of the package.
I asked for an update and a refund. They made me wait 2 weeks from when the package was “shipped” on 12/16 claiming that only then could they refund my order when the package would be considered lost in transit. 2 weeks came, no package, no refund, no communication, only to find out that they then had the audacity to ship the order out on 12/30 in order to not have to refund me as originally requested.
This was all deliberate – they never shipped anything out on the original date that they claimed. They ignored multiple requests for a refund claiming some bogus policy. They then shipped my order out 3 weeks after I placed the order in order to keep the money? Why not be honest and upfront with customers?
They lie and scam their customers to try and cover up for their inability to run a functional business. They make people pay extra for shipping by marketing lies when they know they don’t have the ability to fulfill and deliver packages on time. They string customers along with lazy and incompetent customer service in order to keep their money.
A horrible look for the Pleasing and Harry Styles brands.

Wir haben drei mal bei Pleasing.com bestellt, und jedes Mal die Ware erhalten, Versand nach Deutschland.
Beim ersten Mal, nach dem Launch der Marke in 2021, hat der Versand ca. 4 Wochen gedauert, später in 2022 jeweils 2 Wochen.
Bestellung war am 05.12. - Ware erhalten bereits am 16.12.22
Alle Produkte sind wunderschön verpackt und hochwertig, die Nagellacke zwar sehr teuer, aber halten deutlich besser als alle anderen und trocknen superschnell.
Pleasing Shirts sind true size.

Ordered a gift on Black Friday…thinking that’s plenty of time to receive it before Christmas ! Label created & then NOTHING! No gift. I contacted “customer service” with enough time to have my gift resent but they only respond …we can not help you unless it’s been 2 weeks since your order has been “missing” UNBELIEVABLE. After the ridiculous prices , HS should be completely embarrassed fo be associated with this type of treatment , but I am sure the company is just cashing in on the name. Here we are, weeks later , with no gift and no help…and out $200 for NOTHING in return

of stuff for a teenager's Christmas. Ordered on 11/26. Shipping label was created on 12/11. No further activity. They say to wait two weeks before further activity shows up on tracker. That's not normal.

Ordered almost everything except clothing (so I don't know about their sizes or quality) but the products I ordered are really great and shipped really fast. Shipping costs are really expensive maybe they can find a better way in the future and the product costs are also relatively high, but since the products are sustainable it's ok for me.
