Horrible service

Horrible service. Four months of no WiFi, and we’ve been paying every single month while waiting for them to fix it. At this point it’s beyond inconvenient — it’s unacceptable. We’ve made multiple calls, opened tickets, and been given empty promises with zero follow-through. No technician shows up when scheduled, no updates are provided, and we’re still being charged full price for a service we haven’t received. We’ve been more than patient, but this is ridiculous. We deserve a real solution immediately, including a full refund for the months without service. The way this has been handled shows a complete lack of accountability and respect for customers.

Right after the tino typhoon

Right after the tino typhoon, I reported the problem to Mr. Rouem Orbase as he was our pldt agent telling him some wires are in the ground. We don't have power right after tino. I was able to contact customer service last Nov 10. They promise that the repairmen will be in our place by November 12. I waited them the whole day but unfortunately nobody has come. Called customer service again last November 13... All are promises. We paid exactly the full amount and the service is worst I ever encountered. I believe they don't have enough crew to do the job. Pldt put more crew in this island.

Poor customer service and poor internet…

Poor customer service and poor internet connection. I've been with PLDT for almost 3 years but lately their service is very poor, from always having a slow connection to having a very hard time communicating with their support team.

When reporting a problem, you'll have to wait for a very long time until you can speak to one of their agent, and when you do, they always saying the same script over and over again like there is a current maintenance in the area and they are currently fixing it but still the problem won't go away. Still the connection is terrible.

Trash internet providers

Trash internet providers. Guaranteed no internet connection when it rains.Customer service? They never solve anything. Just temporary repairs. If the subdivision just allowed other internet service providers I would never avail their services but they make contracts with the subdivision owners so that they leave the residents there no choice.

Customer Service Flaw

I contacted them through messenger, seems like they disconnect costumers because they don't know what to do. Disappointing. I'd recommend other ISP's other than this ISP.

Don't jump from the fire as the alternative is just as bad.

At the moment and for my sins been with GLOBE and have been with them for 13 yrs. But seems to it's a lifetime. Now for the last two weeks+ I have a telephone that cuts off when ever it likes. The internet was not working but they changed that. But it the phone they give you a job number expecting them next day and about 16.45 message will have to reschedule your visit to the next day and yes you guessed it they cancelled again for 9 times . Today I got fed up I thought i
Filled information in online with PLDT. They came back wanting my UK details diving licence this and that. So many hoops. Was thinking they want my inside leg measurement. really I thought.
If only I read the reviews on Trust pilot
The phillipines is a big Country and yet they hav 2 Telecom company's that are constantly ripping off customers every day of the week The Government should freeze all there profits for 3 months and if they don't they should be heavily responded and sent packing. Customers so pissed off with both of them.
So if you so fed up with PLDT consider the alterative is just as bad. Really in this day customers wanting a better service. Have no other to turn too. I think these two massive Company's lay of all the gimmicks like promo etc and start again. From a a EXTREMELY Frustrated GLOBE CUSTOMER.

PLDT SERVICE IS GETTING WORSE

PLDT SERVICE IS GETTING WORSE, WE LOSE INTERNET 8 DAYS AGO AND KEEP TRYING TO CALL THE COSTUMER SERVICE AND WE EVEN VISITED THEIR STORE BUT THEY KEEP TELLING YOU THAT REPORT OR F-UP DONE AND THEY ARE SCALATING THAT THE WIFI SOON BE RESTORED. UNFORTUNATELY TWICE OR MORE CALLS WITHIN THE DAY STILL WIFI NOT RESTORED.

MY PLDT UNIT BEEN REPORTED SINCE AUG TILL NOW NOT REPLACED. WHY PLDT SERVICE IS VERY POOR LIKE THEY DONT PUT AN EFFORTS TO THEIR SUBSCRIBERS?

Very poor service!!!!

Very poor service!!!!! As always, we're not getting the service we're paying for!!!! It's very difficult to get through customer service to report a problem!!!! We currently have no internet service and the wait time for next available agent is 40 minutes!!!

Unbelievably bad customer service

Unbelievably bad customer service. Wow. It's like they really don't care about the customers.

Chatting with support on facebook messenger and it was like chatting with a 10 year old, who had a script to address a problem that wasn't my problem. He kept saying what my problem was, that wasn't my issue at all. And then created a 'ticket' for an issue that wasn't my issue and then auto canceled the chat communication. I'm paying for up to 500mbps, and have only ever got 98 mbps, since the day of install. He kept saying my issue was a 'temporary network outage.' Implying that I had no internet at all. Completely terrible.

Our PLDT prepaid fiber stopped working…

Our PLDT prepaid fiber stopped working and they sent a technician to replace the modem and re-activate our service.

At that time, our prepaid load was reset to 7 days, despite having paid for multiple months upfront.

Despite PLDT agreeing to the mistake, they have been unable or unwilling to fix it.

PLDT has the worst customer service

PLDT has the worst customer service. Waited hours to be assisted only to have my chat ended without resolving the problem. The agent ended with “ I will create a ticket” without giving me the ticket and ending the chat without any solution.

If your internet is in trouble you need…

If your internet is in trouble you need to call twice a day to follow up but no one technical come to fix. until now i waited from sept. 16 but it never happen to fix it. Very very very disgusting PLDT!!!!!!!!!! i DON'T recommend this wifi to all my family, colleagues and friends. bery terrible experience!
