IMO* What kind of bonus' are these? Am I being punked? Ive been playing fire burner slot for weeks and the scatter "bonus" is the biggest joke and waste of time. Out of 25 free spins I just won 28 cents, and thats the same story every time I get a bonus. Its bologna and it usually takes quite a few spins to land a bonus and when you do its just a complete waste of time and let down. July 11 2026. I'm posting this to warn others!!! I am a very smart person who NEVER bets. Until today on this "government sanctioned legal site". I bet Argentina would win. They did. Put well over 500 in huff n lots of puffs to win the super bonus, after a week I finally got the super hats bonus and all of a sudden the game crashed. Complete scam IMO. They hide behind “system errors” to not have to payout sports bets. Has happened multiple times where I e won a sports bet and they don’t payout. They use the “safe and secure” motto to scare people into not using other sites like stake or bet365, however I have switched due to poor customer service don’t give anything to their loyal customers. I've been logging into Playnow for years on the same computer and as of late, every time I try to log in, I get an error message telling me that they can't verify that I'm in British Columbia. I'm not using a VPN or any such service.

Now it's redirecting me to sensitive internal computer settings when I try to log in and it's never done so before.

It's just another headache in a long string of headaches that I've had on this site. So at this point I'm not even going to spend more time to try and figure out why it's not allowing me to log in, I'm simply going to take my business elsewhere.

I liked the idea of keeping my money in-country but this site has done pretty much everything to chase me away.

Very disappointing!

Every time I am playing , the system just crushed every 30-45 min.it always says error, or system is not receiving the data or for no reason , most times i am playing bonuses and some additional extras up to 40 bonuses, then it’s just crushed suddenly and the system will not log you back until the next day. This is ridiculous!

Cancelled my winning bet and didn’t pay out. The bet slip that I had was correct but they said it was a loss. Phoned them and explained this. The worker agreed that the bet slip was right but couldn’t do anything. The next day they paid me however this is a criminal act by a government business and not only will I never use PlayNow to gamble I will be looking at proper justice against the crime they committed.
