I've been gambling on this site since Covid and the slot machines used to pay out generously. Nowdays, those same slot games don't pay out and its so hard to get a bonus. Any form of gambling is a losing adventure but I feel Playnow has gone downhill over the years and machines are very tight. Now they are removing Reward points effective Sept 15, 2026. In the real world we know that any result in the 120m, 90m+30m extratime = a win, and when going to penalties it's a draw and penalties are used to determine who goes through.

I gave a 3 because while they are great in payouts etc, thier customer service is something to be desired. I have using Play now for at least 10 years for lotto etc. On auto roulet the ball changed directions in the middle of a bet. I asked live chat about it. Told them the rules. Then three times they ended the chat while getting them the game ID. I really hope Playnow standards are not lowering to match the scammers of thier competition. Customer service needs to learn how to address complaints, be ready for a challenge of truth and prepared to do as they are paid too and resolve in either parties favor. Howcome EVERYTIME im winning I get a message that my location cannot be verified? This has happened every single time. Then I get booted out of my game. I get logged out of the site completely & it takes about 10mins to refresh or get logged back in. Then the game im playing is not available! I joined playnow Saskatchewan about five months ago? Well, not “joined” but actively started depositing around that time. I’m a seasoned gambler and have experienced the best and worst sites on the internets.

Playnow is the worst.

So where do I begin? Let me first state that the customer service and the site itself (includes games, interface, dependability, etc) are two separate things in this review.

My customer service rating would be around 4 stars. The live chat is always a nice option when I have a need that can be fixed in minutes as opposed to the casinos where you have to email and then wait and wait. 90% of the agents are awesome. I’ve only had a bad or unpleasant experience once or twice speaking with agents. So their live chat agents are pretty awesome. Now onto the site itself and the people who run it.

I find the site has a very mechanical feel to it. No warmth. It doesn’t feel very welcoming. The design is just cold and blah. But this is the least of their issues when it comes to being a successful online casino.

The games are basically the only reason I haven’t completely packed up and closed my account. I enjoy being able to play games that I find in my local casino. It’s fun! But again, the site interface doesn’t do the games any justice.

Now onto my biggest and IMHO the most important aspect of any successful online casino.

The Loyalty Program.

Time and time again I’ve been asked my opinion in a small supposedly random survey conducted by playnow every once in a while. And time and time again I complain about the lack of a personalized loyalty program catered to players who deposit consistently, and are more often than not the players who deposit the most frequently. Hence the name, Loyalty Program. And each time I mention this, I’m told that the system depicts who receives what bonuses and when.

Playnow, you have the absolute worst loyalty program of any casino I’ve ever played at. And I feel when I do mention this to customer service that i receive almost negative vibes from whomever I’m speaking with. This site has so much potential. But I feel like you take for granted the customers you have. That you don’t need to listen or make changes to your site because it’s the only place that a player can play these games online. Maybe there needs to be a change in who runs this site, or has the decision making abilities to focus more on the loyalty program aspect of the site. But I feel that ego gets in the way of someone who is supposed to listen to their customer base. But what do I know?

This latest "update " is the worst ever. I get booted out of Bingo every 10 minutes or so, then have to log out, log back in and buy in again. I like the new buy- in format, except that you can't buy to the next game unless you're between games. That sucks. The mini- games have all changed and are mostly slingo games, which I'm not fond of. Bingo isn't as much fun when I can't enjoy a mini at the same time. I liked being able to see what numbers people close to a Bingo were waiting for and now that's gone.
