Just think on this=How much money they make in 1 hour let alone 1 day for online Playnow. Now factor in ALL in person casinos=alot of frigin money!!! You'd think they could update their technology for online users so you don't constantly have "Data not received"; system error etc., how many times I lose 60 cents that they pocket because game freezes & it may seem like 60 cents but for how many times it happens they owe me, this has happened for years. When you actually do a live chat they try to make it out to be you, what browser Google chrome best, clear cache & cookies etc. oh try this browser. This review is for the sports betting side of Playnow. There is a cash out option in a live game that gets locked out every few seconds. You can't cash out early even if you keep hitting the button. Worthless software, 10 years out of date.

I believe everything you guys said here. Since the first time I saw them using the online dealer system, I knew this would turn out unfair. They are now using computerized game to cheat on you. It happens even in the local casinos now. How can you tell? You can miss the winning number even when you are betting on 30+ numbers on roulette games.. and lose couple games in a row. The odd is almost the same as a lottery ticket. If they are really that lucky. Why not just close their door and buy lotteries to hit jackpot themselves.

Playnow banned me for showing them software errors. I reported it to GPEB and they closed my account and GPEB did nothing even though they audit BCLC Playnow. I told investigator Crawford Railton at the BC Omsbudperson and he said he did not need to hear the phone call recordings and that Playnow BCLC has every right to ban me for saying I was going to call the RCMP. I said I was going to call the RCMP because nobody else is helping me. Crawford Railton has dragged this investigation on for 2 years even though I gave him evidence Playnow ignores all software errors. Crawford Railton has not replied to my email in 4 months even though he said he would reply in 3 days. I call his office number and keep getting voicemail all at different times of the day. I have left a message that I wanted a call back from Manager Jonathan Lapthorne and he sent me an email 2 weeks later not a call back, and said if I want to complain about Crawford Railton I would need to wait until the case is closed. The case has been going on for 2 years and Crawford Railton avoids communication so how will the case ever be closed. Very fishy the way they investigate Playnow BCLC. Look up trustpilot reviews and Better Business complaints and reviews but the BC Omsbudperson ignores it and GPEB does nothing about it either. Something very strange is going on in British Columbia right now.

Playnow is not regulated by a proper government body. It is a shady business with unethical business practices. They cheat you out of potential winnings by not letting you login to cashout any wagers. Class action lawsuit is the best option and by reading all these comments. I'm not the only one.

Seriously, playnow recently shut down for maintenance, and the games are still showing up as technical error in the middle of your spins, worst then before ..... constantly! Pathetic!

This site should be boycotted until they fix their technical issues.

I agree with everyone on these reviews. Playnow casino games are really rigged. Before the pandemic the games were more fun, they would give some free games, or more fun… playnow just vaccumed the deposits now, and only gives a few cents back, after so many empty spins… I am not going to use it anymore. Playing on playnow is ridiculous you have more odds being hit by lighting 2 times before winning anything big on the site. I play this site often or use to and the wins are few and far between but what really got me pissed off is a email i recieved stating i had spun 2700 times over 24 hrs and i was in a class all on my own. Can you believe i spun that many times and didnt win anything? But they sent this email to me 5 times. 3 times in one day. The same identical email. Even after i delete it they send it again. Last time i had 3 in my inbox all the same. Are they insulting me . One thing is clear to me is you dont have a chance to win anything. Even though i dont play over 10 cents or a quarter ur win ratio is pretty much '0' from their calculation alone.

A rigged platform. Unreasonable high probability of flush. Reward aggressive players. Often clash suddenly when you have good hands or want to call or bet.

Awful app. Terribly slow. I like to make my NFL bets on Saturday nights. Only half the games are listed. Terrible site to navigate. Deposit transaction is often filled with technical issues. Poorly managed site and should be overhauled entirely. Switched to another more efficient betting app. Haven't looked back since.
