I love Plants4Presents. They are amazingly quick at sending out orders, yet obviously take huge trouble in assembling their special pots and troughs of seasonal plants. My sister was totally delighted... Zobacz więcej

Fast Delivery and Gorgeous Plant
I had originally ordered a plant as a gift from another company, but it took too long to arrive so I bought one from Plants4Presents instead. I should have just ordered from them originally and certainly will do in future! The delivery was very quick and well priced considering. The fig tree I bought was beautifully wrapped and made a great gift. The free card was also a lovely addition. I will definitely be ordering from here in future!

Plant was as described and delivery was prompt. First delivery was damaged, but they contacted me before it arrived, to say they were sending a replacement. Replacement was spot on, damaged one was collected by courier. Pleasant and easy to contact. Would use again.

Website easy to negotiate with a wide choice and good pricing.
BUT we were disappointed that the carrier changed the delivery date when we had ordered on a carefully chosen date to suit the recipient.

Thank you very much for your review. We are really sorry to hear that your order was delivered early. We do understand that this is frustrating. Because our boxes are marked as fragile, occasionally the couriers upgrade Monday deliveries to the weekend and we do include a message warning about this on the checkout page on our website and on our order confirmations. On the tracking message you received from DPD about upgrading your delivery, there should have been a link to follow to revert the delivery date back to Monday. Please do accept our apologies for this once again we do hope that the recipients are pleased with their lovely gift. Kind regards, Hannah, Customer Care Advisor, Plants4Presents.
I ordered a dahlia as a gift
I ordered a dahlia as a gift, then panicked and probably over-watered it. My mother reported that sadly it had died. So we were sent a replacement, which is thriving. I am really impressed with the customer service and am confident that the new dahlia will do much better.
