The website was great, product was easy to order. It was delivered from UK to US in 7 days.

Most important, the product is first class and well worth the price.

Our standard delivery times to the US are 5-10 business days. I can see your order was delivered on 6th May within the shipping window however we appreciate you might have liked it sooner.

Solid Grips

The handles are solid brass and well made. Installed over 50 of them without defects. Super nice support person.

My package wasn’t delivered by USPS

My package wasn’t delivered by USPS. USPS never uses of package lockers with key at the mailboxes instead puts package supposedly in a large cage. I can’t locate the package anywhere. USPS deliveries aren’t recommended.

The door handle bar is gorgeous but the…

The door handle bar is gorgeous but the screws supplied were far too small for the size handle so we had to buy additional screws. For the cost I would expect the right screws / fittings to be supplied with the product

Things happen, its how you respond.

We got off to a rough start on a project. While I was not super satisfied with the initial staff, Margot was super helpful and gave me a genuine feeling of care and appreciation for business. It takes a lot of corporate integrity to make things right and I appreciate that.

While it is out of our control when a parcel is being held up, we aim to do everything we can to assist with the release of an order. As discussed, we escalated the issue with DHL and provided yourself and DHL with any relevant documentation needed for this. I can see your order arrived within the shipping window of 7 business days, however I appreciate you would have liked it sooner.
