I've gotten good service before but this last order had some kind of hang up with the background.
**Update: They totally came through for me on this, and adjusted each item so it whited out correctly in the background, and did it in less than 24 hours.
I've updated this to 5 stars because that was excellent.

Service started out great
Service started out great, offering one-day turnaround on image background removal. Quality is good for the most part, but they have routinely missed the turnaround deadline and even changed their TOS to have longer to complete edits. Now I feel like I'm paying more just for mediocre service. Website is easy to use but for simple background removal I think the service is a little expensive for what you get (now).

Warning- after a year your credits expire AKA they steal your money after the year.
Pixel now makes you pre-pay to use their service. I pre-paid last year buy buying credits and I went to use them today and they are all gone. I emailed Pixel to see where they went and they informed me that they EXPIRE and that they will not refund. Completely unacceptable. They just stole my money.

I understand your concern of not being able to use the prepaid credits after more than a year. It is true that your credits expire automatically after one calendar year due to a technical limitation, however, we happily convert any residual amount of credits into an equivalent amount of free images to be used for your future orders. Be aware that I have just converted your credits into free images, which means that everything is the same as last time you logged into your account and you are good to go!
