First, everything looks amazing! The only problem is that I can't find a source to get help. So I'm using this review section to find an answer. Can ipad pro be used with this software? Or does it have to be a desktop computer?

Very disappointed in pixelz
Very disappointed in pixelz. I have been using them for years and was always happy. I sent in a picture to be fixed and paid for it. But they won't tag the tag off the product (which they have done for all my pictures for the last few years) unless I upgrade to an expensive plan. So I paid but they won't finish my picture
I would like to give negative stars but that isn't an option.

Fast and bad editing
I find that I have often fix the work they've done. There are no standards there as I can tell the edits are done by different people. I find they have layers that are empty but should be edited. They may get the work done fast, but it's not done right.

Great experience, wouldn’t /couldn’t ask for more
I had a not so good experience, it turned out I had not given them good quality products to work with- I was at fault.
One of their marketing guy - Alberto - called wanting to ensure we were getting value for our money. After sending better images it allowed them to do what they do best. Looking forward to working with them more as we develop our brand.
