Ordered hat

Ordered hat , they never told me about the 70$ tariff that I have to pay ontop of 252$ when I emailed them about it they said it explains when it CLEARLY does not and states all texes and duties included upon check out . I refused to pay the additional money and DHL will mail the hat back to sender to which they said they will refund but remove the shipping which was 12$ at checkout but no, now they said that’s only half the fee somehow and they will refund me less the additional fee . SO GRIMEY what a disgusting company and way to do business I’d give them zero starts for customer service never do business with these crooks

Hat never arrived

Hat never arrived, all emails bounced back undelivered, no response to any form of contact other than after a month when I raised a dispute with my bank.
Still waiting for a refund nearly two months later via my bank.

Wrong cap shipped and no replacement or refund

With reference to order #101365PT - I ordered the "Joker" cap, however, the Pitt Conrad Team incorrectly packed and sent the "Bad Woman" cap instead.
In attempting to coordinate a replacement and or refund I have found the returns process in particular the contact information and communication channels to be appalling.
After searching online for the correct contact details I attempted to contact the Pitt Conrad Team via email to two different email accounts. The first email account bounced and the second has had no reply.
For a cap that costs $300 AUD this is really poor.
I wont be buying from Pitt Conrad again.

I won the spin

I won the spin, and it said free beanie. I chose, put the code BFT and the disallowed my win, WTF,...ok, I was wrong there were further steps I missed. Great hats...beanies, best on the net..
