PITS Data Recovery Recenzje

Professionalism, speed in recovery, great service and coutesy abound.

Very pleased with the service. My data was recovered completely, and the whole process was handled professionally. Saved me hours of work trying to recreate the missing data.

They were extremely transparent throughout the entire process and communicated clearly every step of the way. One thing that stood out to me was that they allowed me to visit their facility and personally hand over my drives. That gave me a great deal of confidence, especially since I was worried about the possibility of the drives being lost or damaged in transit.

Their technicians were also highly knowledgeable. I was able to have detailed discussions about my situation, and it was clear they understood both the technical challenges involved and the way my data was structured. That level of expertise made me feel confident that my case was in capable hands.

Successfully retrieved my files and photos -- large volume successfully obtained.

Samuel was very helpful and Kept me informed every step of the way. I highly recommend Data Recovery services.

When everyone failed, Pits Data Recovery came through. I worked with Samuel. He was very professional and set some very realistic expectations. They were able to retrieve all of my data from my damaged external drive. I highly recommend Samuel and the team at Pits Data Recovery!

I had an excellent experience with PITS Data Recovery. After my external hard drive failed, I was extremely concerned about losing years of important files. Thankfully the team at PITS were able to successfully recover all of my data and make what could have been a very stressful situation much easier.

A special thank you to Kevin Canto, who was my point of contact throughout the entire process. Kevin was consistently professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly responsive by always answering my calls and emails promptly and keeping me informed every step of the way. The recovery was completed faster than the estimated turnaround time, and I was able to verify all of my recovered files before providing payment. I highly recommend PITS Data Recovery to anyone facing data loss and am grateful to Kevin and the entire team for saving my files.

Data recovery was complete and quick. Thanks.

They recovered a hard drive that I thought was gone forever. Amazing to see them again!

From the moment I called, PITS' Kevin Canto was nothing if not helpful. Equally important, given my panic about potentially losing my files, was that Kevin was hopeful, assuring me that if they couldn't restore my files it wasn't possible. In the end, they did just that. Thanks PITS!

My SSD was undetectable. They were quick and thorough. Got all my data back. Priceless baby photos recovered

They were able to do a full recovery of my mycloud files. Its worth it to have all of my precious memories back.

I have to confess I was a bit skeptical at first, but PITS data recovery quickly proved to be not only legit, but very capable. They were able to recover 100% of my data from a damaged external hard drive in a relatively short period of time. Much of the data was vital to continuing the creation of my digital art work. The remainder was irreplaceable family photos and music files that I had purchased over the years. In addition, Account Manager Kevin Canto was extremely patient and helpful as he guided me through the entire process. I couldn't have found a more reliable source or pleasant experience. Thank you to PITS Data Recovery for saving my art business!
