The return policy sucks. My product was waay too small and returning them would have been just an inconvenience, based on the return policy.I then unsubscribed from your site and do not wish to do business with you any longer.

I've been trying to contact Customer Service to help me resolve an issue and NO ONE has yet to get back to me. Completely unprofessional. I'm pretty sure it's because I have screen shots as proof of them owing me money and they just don't want to pay up! THEY made the mistake and THEY need to fix it. But they're UNPROFESSIONAL and won't do so!

I have ordered from this website twice now, and all in all both times were great! I love their sweater dresses, they are so cute and perfect for winter. Both times I received the shipments in a timely manner. My second order, they ran out of one of the sweaters I had ordered, so they sent me a weird looking dress instead--but still refunded my money! I'll probably never wear the dress, but I appreciate it and the gesture was very nice, refunding my money and sending a replacement item as well. Just a heads up though--some of their items are fairly low quality and I ended up having to donate some of the sweaters I ordered, they were really itchy and rough against my skin. Don't buy anything from the site that states the material is Acrylic in the description. Go for the clothes that have Polyester listed as the material in the description, those are really soft and comfy! Overall, I would recommend this site, but be careful about what items you select! :)

This website went bankrupt in feb 2014 and in April 2014 was relaunched by a new owner. Since the new launch the site is amazing. I never have any problerms anymore and they have 10x as many products to chose from

Worst site ever... Wonderful clothes online but my order never came. Ordered 3 weeks ago and also I emailed them and never got a response and I couldn't find a number to reach them. Never got my money back either. Smh

I have been very satisfied with my purchases. you have great variety of shoes, colors and styles, but on the last shoes that I returned to you. I never got my refund back.

I placed an order on December 27, 2013, which were three pairs of shoes and I had problems with most of the products (Broken chains, bulging nails in the surface of a shoe and a pair of shoes which were to small). Well before the products were sent back, my daughter Sharita spoke with a rep., which informed her about sending the damaged products back and we did, but until this day we have not received our products. we've tried calling, but the phone number that we called would not allow us to get through. The original shipment number is 100128845 and the order # is 100128845. Thank you for your concern.

Ordered 03/20/2014 items haven't been delivered website states 5-7 days shipping it's currently 03/28/2014 and have not received my item very disappointed as I was given incorrect information I was told that my order would've been shipped on Monday or Tuesday didn't happen called back to find out about shipped email was told will be sent out Friday and it's Friday and still no info will be contacting them Monday if nothing I will be canceling my order I paid for the shipping the amount they charge and I expect to receive my merchandise in that time frame honestly feel as though this company need serious help because the way they are operating is disgusting

I order some stuff on Monday and I still haven't received a tracking number i called customer service number yesterday march 27 to find out the status of my order i spoke to a nice young lady inwhich she reassured me that my order would be shipped out the next day and that i would recieve my tracking number via email she also said that my product would be delivered by the begining of next week . when I called they told me my product would be sent out today Friday and I would receive my tracking information . I haven't received a tracking number. I also emailed them and they told me that they're waiting for the shipment to arrive and that it would be in by EOD and still nothing i tried calling them only to be on hold for 45 mins to be hung up on and when I tried to call back the store is closed. I've ordered from different sites on that same day Mon march 25 and I've either received my product or recieved my tracking number. I was extremely excited and happy with the prices and product online and I wanted to order some more things but as of right now until I get what I paid for or my money back I won't buy from this site every again

I order some which they were the wrong shoes and wrong size and now they won't let me return the shoe.Or send me a shipping label to send them bck .

I have been buying shoes online from US and i tried this site... the standard shipping... This site is so far the SLOWEST .. my order have not arrived yet almost a month.. i am buying from other site and shipping method is always standar shipping and i get my shoes 10 days after they ship and YES I CAN RRACK IT..in here you can not track... slow shipping method... and probably my last in ordering here.... What is the purpose of waiting a month and i really need the shoes.. duhhh! If only i can mention the sites that i order my shoes from.. same shoes, same price.. MOST OF ALL SAME SHIPPING COST STANDARD SHIPPING and fast. Pink basis used a registered mail standard shipping method ofcourse you can not track it.. well maybe ill come back.. but definitely not...

The website has alot of nice shoes and the shipping was right on time. This was the first time on this site recommended from a friend. I will order off the site again and everything fit great.
