Amazing fast service at pinewoods clinic. Initial consultation was carried out a week after I first contacted and then the follow up appointment was equally as efficient. Lovely staff as well !

I had a funny mole and the urgent NHS service seemed unable to give me an appointment for about a month: Pinewoods clinic was able to arrange a consultation and excision within 48 hours, professional high quality and friendly service.

I had suture removal by Jodie at my last visit she put me at ease and gave lots of re assurance. I did have questions regarding my surgery I have not had my post op review with Rob Laycock as yet but Jodie re assured me regarding my questions re my current suture line look. From my first visit then surgery and suture removal the clinic staff have shown professionalism, politeness and have put me at ease at all times.

Dr Long , Dr briggs and Mr laycock all fantastic physicians, all so professional and made me feel at ease and have helped my health issues profoundly, everything was dealt with by the wonderful practice manager jodie, would highly recommend this clinic .

In my opinion, it is essential to have a complete health check service every 5-10 years as I am a huge proponent of preventative care. The tests and assessments were conducted professionally in very agreeable surroundings and Dr. Libby Ensor was informative, approachable and friendly. Libby called me herself when the results returned to explain in detail, what the outcomes were (clean bill of health!). I am extremely satisfied and happy and have already started to recommend this excellent, and much needed, service to people. Thank you, Libby!

I made a booking for a consultation and the process was both efficient and informative, Jodie explained everything to me and made me feel at ease, she has a lovely kind and caring nature and when I arrived at the clinic I found a very relaxed yet professional atmosphere. My consultation itself with Doctor Bontea ( Tiberui ) went extremely well, he was informative and listened to my symptoms, following the examination the potential diagnosis appeared to make complete sense and I have started to hopefully make the road to recovery ! I will most definitely use the clinic and again and recommend this clinic to anyone who is awaiting treatment/diagnosis

I had a full body mole check which highlighted a couple to keep an eye on which they have photographed and one which required a biopsy for cancer screening. Best money I have ever spent. Staff are lovely and friendly. When leaving I actually said “I’ve actually enjoyed the this afternoon all things considered”.

After some initial confusion in finding the place, my experience was completely positive. I was nervous about the procedure but Rob and the lovely nurse who assisted him were great. They explained exactly what was going to happen and were friendly and professional throughout. My scar looks very neat and I’m hoping, once the stitches are removed, that it will disappear into my hair.

I got an amazingly quick response when I asked for an appointment to remove a cancerous mark on my back. All communications were speedy, clear and helpful.
The actual treatment to excise the area by the whole team was amazing- calm, professional, incredibly helpful. They made sure I understood exactly what was going on, the reasons and made me feel very cared for. I'd highly recommend this well-run practice.
