After receiving the clip on glasses. I found they were not suitable. I contacted Pilestone immediately and asked for a return address as I was aware of their 30 day money back guarantee. I originally asked for a replacement pair in the B coating to see if these would help. I got no response from customer service and so sent another email. This was all within two days of receiving the clip on glasses. Still no answer. I then decided not to bother and requested a full refund and again requested the address to send the pair back. I am yet to get a reply. I am absolutely disgusted with the service and would never have purchased them if I had not been persuaded by their money back guarantee.

I ordered from France the Sport Edition with Lens A. I received them quickly and luckily didn't have to pay any VAT or custom duties. They look robust. But it doesn't work for me. Very little improvement. The colors are more vivid but difference is not that big.

Brilliant service and the glasses, well, wow. I always thought my garden was just green and rose blossom was white, I can now see all of the different shades of green and rose blossom is pink..... Pink :) can't believe the difference they've made and anyone thinking is it worth it, yes, the world is so vibrant you don't know what you're missing until you see what everyone else does

The site was easy to use to decide which glasses were required. We received our order quickly and the returns procedure was easy. They were very helpful

Ordered on line and made a selection for lens D but for some reason when invoice came through it stated lens A. Sent an email to the company to change order/ make sure lens D was sent. Received an email 3 daysblater to say lens A had been sent and it was to late to change. It has now cost me £6.50 to return a product I did not order.

Superb customer service. I spoke to Gemma and Richard as I wasn’t sure if which glasses I would need, they were incredibly helpful. I purchased 2 pairs for my partner as I was unsure which lens would suit him best, even though I returned the second pair after 30 days I was still refunded in full.

The company delivered the product on time and the product was well made, unfortunately the glasses did not work for me in that there was not an iota of difference to my colour vision. After several periods of wear in the hope that they would work ......... they didn't.
So returned them to their box in disappointment and there they stay. I expect they work for some customers but for me they were a substantial financial loss (I am a pensioner) for ............ nothing.

We ordered 2 pairs; as a birthday present not knowing which would work better; which were delivered quickly.
The birthday boy chose which pair worked best for him and the other pair were returned. The refund was processed very quickly.
All in all, a very good and prompt service.

I am very disappointed with the product. It is not providing a significant improvement in my colour vision. The lenses are far too dark to be used indoors for reading, watching TV or on the computer. I chose the clip-on lenses to use them with my prescription glasses, there is no indoor clip-ons shown in your range.

Extrem lange Lieferzeit und dann fällt auch noch Zoll an. 26,33 EUR ohne darüber vorher aufgeklärt worden zu sein. Extrem ärgerlich. Brille funktioniert zum Teil. Effekt aber nicht so toll wie erwartet. Ist das Geld nicht wert.

Fantastic, life changing. We got the sunglasses for my son & he’s ordered the indoor ones as well. Frames look robust enough. Good case to protect. Thank-you for making them affordable

My husband has been colour blind for as long as he remembers when he put the glasses on he was like a child at Christmas he couldn't believe what real colours were it was amazing to see him. He was amazed that trees wasn't really grey and what grass really looked like x

I bought a pair from Pilestone last year but lost them after 3 weeks...gutted!!!
I think I got the lens wrong anyway because they weren't as good as the enchroma glasses I'd gotten as a surprise birthday gift a few years back.
I work as a gardener, so it really was life changing the first time I put them on both personally and professionally.
I went back to enchroma to see if I could just buy the lenses as the frame was still fine but through work the lenses were badly scratched to the point where I couldn't really see out of them anymore...but they said I'd have to buy the whole pair at a cost of around £350!?🤷
I'd given up by then!!!...
So I got an Instagram ad from Pilestone a month or two later and saw they had a flash sale/special offer on...so I took a punt on them...for only £70 I'd have been stupid not to!!
I knew it was a bit of a gamble because they didn't match up with the enchroma glasses last time but they've updated their website, information and testing so I was hoping I'd get it right this time!? 🙏
And for £70 instead of £350 at least I'll get some colour difference hopefully 🙏
And I wasn't disappointed at all!!...they are absolutely perfect!!!...I got the Casual frame with a Lens A and to be honest they are just as good if not better than enchroma...the different shades of greens and the reds that pop out are amazing!!...it's like entering another realm again!!!
The Casual frame is perfectly comfortable and snug too...with the enchroma glasses before, I had to have a lanyard type thing attached to them because they would always fall from my face when I bent over weeding or deadheading...no need for that lanyard here...I've been using them in the gardens on and off for about 4 weeks now and there's no chance of them slipping off at all👌
So for the exact same, if not better colour experience at a fraction of the cost with even more pluses with the frame style...it's Pilestone hands down!!...well done Pilestone...keep improving like you're doing and thankyou!! 😎🌈👌

Good. I was worried they wouldn’t work because they don’t work for everyone but they worked well. Good price too.

Update:
My initial experience with Pilestone wasn't great with the glasses arriving out of shape. After contacting customer services, I couldn't be happier. The replacement glasses are perfect, and the whole replacement experience was as smooth and hassle free as it could have been, along with what felt like sincere apologies. I couldn't be more impressed!

Original review: Glasses arrived bent out of shape and so sit unevenly on the face. Clearly no quality control takes place which us a shame for such an expensive product.

ok - the first thing is WOW!
Remember an old TV set with colour/contrast and brightness knobs. Turn the colour down to about 1/4 and that's what I see. With these glasses my colour palette goes from minimal to huge. What surprised me the most was how much it improved my distance vision. Things which are of similar colour just blend into each other at a distance. With these the detail with which I could see things was amazing. I walked my dogs round a local wood and couldn't stop smiling. Absolutley incredible.
For those non colour blind people - notice the difference when you walk into Currys or John Lewis and see the Ultra High Definition TV's (I'm guessing you see the same difference that I do but who knows??). These glasses transform my everyday sight from Standard Definition to Ultra High Definition, missing High Definition altogether. I am literally gobsmacked at how much I have missed out on all my life (I'm in my 50's so it's been quite a while!).
Now, the downside. Firstly they look a bit silly. I feel like I look like Bono and that I should be singing U2 songs all of the time. Secondly, whilst I see sooo many more colours, I still don't see them correctly. Red football shirts on the TV turn orange. I know this because I actually held a bottle of orange juice next to the screen to compare. Red cars also turn orange. Whites turn a light pink. Tarmac turns pink.
I am stunned at how many more colours there are in the world that I had no idea about and, quite frankly, I'm now a bit resentful for missing out but, the lack of my colours being 'fixed', along with the pink tinge to too many colours, and the fact that they look a bit silly means, unfortunately, that I will be returning mine. I do, however, remain really hopefully that they will continue to evolve to a point where these negative issues are minimised because there really is a whole world out there that I was completely unaware of!

The glass make no noticable difference to colour, they just make everything darker.I am more impressed by the case they came in.
1 star for delivery speed and 1 for the case.

So pleased with my purchase.
The glasses were a gift for my Dad who has Strong Protan colourblindness.
They worked instantly for him - and have given him a new, true colour perspective of the world.
