Terrible Experience - Ruined Christmas Plans

I ordered a table from Picture Perfect Homes with the expectation that it would be delivered and assembled before Christmas as part of the white glove service I paid extra for. Unfortunately, the delivery team refused to assemble the table and simply wanted to drop iit off, as I'm disabled i refused as it would leave me with a useless piece of furniture during the holidays.

This failure completely ruined my Christmas plans, as I was unable to host as intended. The lack of professionalism and failure to deliver the service promised was incredibly disappointing.

I contacted the company immediately to request a refund and some acknowledgment of the significant inconvenience caused, but the experience has left me feeling let down and frustrated. Paying for a premium service and receiving substandard treatment is unacceptable.

I would not recommend Picture Perfect Homes to anyone looking for reliable service or a stress-free experience. This company turned what should have been a joyful holiday into a stressful and disappointing ordeal.

I ordered a bedside cabinet on Thursday. It was just what I wanted and a great price too. Delivery only took 3 days. I don't think I've ever received a better packed item. Absolutely first class and the cabinet is lovely. Very sturdy and a bit bigger than I expected. Love the mirror top too.

Bought a wall clock for £90 and never recieved it. Tried to get my money back and the company aren't accepting any responsibility whatsoever. Now they've stopped responding to my emails, absolutely disgusting service and very upsetting. AVOID AT ALL COST.

I bought a bar stool for £140 in March 2024. To start with the seat padding is scant to say the least and thicker at the front than the middle. Lately it had been leaning, and within days it became worse, I flipped it upside down and the extremely poor soldering has cracked on one side. I now have no other option than to buy a new one.

I ordered 4 x chairs and they arrived in perfect condition. That perfect, I ordered two more. The delivery was within two days and the website ordering experience was simple and efficient.

I ordered a diamond crush console table from PP.

Their customer service was wonderful as I had a query regarding delivery and they responded very quickly.

Once dispatched their delivery company sent a text and email to confirm the date and a time slot.

The driver rang me this morning to say he will be with me in approx 20mins. You can also track the delivery online.

It has just been delivered and the console table looks gorgeous.

I knocked a star off as unfortunately there is a slight mark at the front which is a shame as they packaged it very well.

I can’t even turn the table round so the mark is on the back as it’s a different design.

I haven’t complained to PP as I guess there isn’t much they can do. Just a shame as you pay all that money so you expect it to be pristine when received.

Loved the look and was a lovely unit. There was slight damage on a door edge that I reported and only advice was to wipe it which did nothing. For an £800 unit I don't think this is acceptable. I would not order from this company again on thus basis.

Wayfair is the way forward. Avoid this company. Purchased a coffee table not even two months ago and the gold comes off with the touch of a finger. I emailed the company and I was told it’s because of harsh chemicals. BS….i had a look at other reviews and they have used the same tactics on other customers. I cannot believe the level of disservice. Truly shocked. Avoid at all cost!

Delivery was perfect kept updated all the time. Men brought chest drawers in unpacked and took all the rubbish away. Excellent service

So recommended helpful people i have use this company a few times now and the service and delivery is 5 star the items have always arrived on time and in perfect condition.

Love my console table. I'm always a bit weary ordering things online with a shop I've never heard of but picture perfect was very good with communication and tracking and my table was here very fast and I absolutely love it.

2nd time using this company, easy to navigate website, excellent value and service from start to finish. Great quality product, kept informed from order receipt to delivery. Will definitely use again.

I guess they should use better quality paint because it's used in hallways .
