Ordered a jacket but it was small across the bust. Returned it but you have to pay the postage. This was £11! Outrageous.

Ich habe 3 Kimonos für den Strand gekauft in den Fraben Türkis, Pink und weiß und bin von der Ware begeistert. Die Strandmäntel sehen wirklich super aus und die Verarbeitung ist auch klasse. Ebenfalls war die E-Mail Kommunikation mit dem Unternehmen auch perfekt. Ich habe sofort eine Antwort auf meine Lieferanfrage erhalten und alles verlief reibungslos. Ich werde also wieder hier kaufen und bedanke mich an der Stelle bei dem gesamten Rossini-Team für die wundervolle Kleidung und den absolut perfekten Serviie.

I purchsed some shoes and didn't put the correct size when I ordered so sent an email asking for it to be changed, very quickly I received a reply saying it had been changed and my shoes had been dispatched. Recieved my order within 48 of ordering and they are great quality and true to size. I couldn't be happier with customer service or product/

I came across this site after a web search for wedge sandals and I’m so glad I did ! I ordered a beautiful pair of embellished and only ordered them a couple of days ago and they came today. They are really well made and different from any others I’ve seen. I’m so pleased I’ve found this site ! can’t wait to order more items for my upcoming holiday :)

The beach cover ups are beautiful, made really well, I’ve still got one from years ago, always get compliments when I wear them, very classy and like nothing else you’ll find on the high street.

Pia Rossini do lovely items, dresses, beachwear, but fail miserably on their sizing. I'm a size 16 and rarely does anything go above S/M -M/L Or S M L
Rare occasion like now February 2024 spring range looking for holiday and summer wardrobe, saw one item in Size XL and out of stock
I'm a 16 in all high Street brands for context Next Marks and Spencer so your sizing comes up small. Such a shame as they do lovely dresses tunics excellent quality. I'm limited to buy just accessories sandals bags etc but not much else. Yes they do beach "cover ups" that are tied at waist ie open, so would fit but tie ups suit slimmer people, not the UK average Size 16. Did email them but no response and it's the correct email address they're posting on here for other reviewers issues. Also website not particularly user friendly

Delivery was ok hat was a little bigger than I thought but good.

Very quick delivery, beautiful items and well packed .

Service was good but thought the packaging was a little excessive. The bag is beautiful however there is a small bald patch on the sequins I managed to tie the threads together to prevent it loosing anymore so decided it wasn’t worth returning

An online retailer who charges for deliveries and returns even for customers who have never returned goods before. Cost nearly £10 for nothing. Lost a customer. And for clarification I reached out to customer services and head office and didn’t t receive a reply from either
