November 2025 I bought a jacket from them, it was too large and returned it but also I was disappointed by the quality. I had to pay for the return.... then another bad surprise, they don't refund you they give you a store credit and there is no way to get your money back.
Now i decided to use the credit but buy only stuff on sale. So i used my credit which was $98 US, to my big surprise, they applied it but as $98 CDA..... I wrote to them and they simply said "currently their website is $1 US = $1 CDA". No where did they mention that on their website, for a total new order that's fine, but for store credit it's not and it's fraud, my $98 US in today's conversion is worth $133 CDA so I'm being screwed again. Never buy anything from them, they are thieves. They shouldn't be allowed to do business in Canada or anywhere else.

This is the one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with~ the only reason I was ordering from it was because my daughter requested one of their T-shirts for her birthday. The website was confusing, deceitful, and a downright scam! I ended up ordering the T-shirt, plus another shirt that I didn’t want because I got tricked into clicking a button and the sale went through instantly! I emailed them minutes later to edit the order and I was told I could not. I was resigned to waiting until the item arrived so I could send it back. They charged me $10 return shipping and handling for a T-shirt!! ~and then they told me I could only have store credit! now I’m stuck with a store credit that I’ll never use. I suppose I could pass it on to my daughter! Never again!

They scam - you WILL lose money if anything goes wrong with your item or delivery
They won't respond to any inquiries - doesn't matter how polite you are.
I reached out to the CEO for help and everything. No response.
I had to go to my bank and get them to help me get a refund

The products are super cute as I have purchased in the past but this time around I purchased and after a few weeks with my order not on the move I reached out to customer service with no response, so I left a public comment on their Instagram page which they deleted when I emailed them the second time to say i would reach out to the credit card to do a charge back they refunded me a immediately without a response meaning they had received my email the entire time and just didn’t feel the should respond I guess? Super disappointed would have loved to support this business but it left a really bad taste in my mouth after this unfortunately

If I could given them zero stars I would. I ordered something at the beginning of December that was supposed to ship at the beginning of January. Since then, the ship date has move to the end of January, the end of February, and now into March. I contacted supported asking for a guaranteed ship date, and when the refused to give me one, asked for a refund. They said they would have to subtract 15% even though my product hasn’t even shipped! I started a charge back through my bank since this company is trying to steal my money.

Worst customer service ever. I cant believe Disney supports this company.
Shirt is white and pink, after one wash the pink bleeds into the white, while i am wearing it. Try contacting customer service, no replies, ever. Try to get their attention on social media, they block me on all of it. What disgusting immature behaviour.
To add to it none of the sales are really sales til its the bottom of the barrel. Oh its on “sale” but its $30 shipping. Oh its on “sale” but we put all the prices back up.
Soooo unimpressed disney carries these products. Cakeworthy is not worthy.

Fun nostalgic characters and customer support went above and beyond to help me with a replacement / return. Kindness in a company like this goes sososo far.

I have purchased from cakeworthy a few times and I enjoy their products. This last purchase was delivered to the wrong address. I reached out via email to let them know what had happened. I am super impressed with how quickly I got a response and how quickly they reshipped my items, I received them within a few days. I really appreciate how they handled the situation. Back in November, my order was split into 2 shipments. I received the one on November 19th, but I’m missing 2 Gloomy Bear jackets and a Lydia flannel shirt. Uni Uni shows that they delivered to the wrong door at my address. I never received my items so I would like to be compensated, but Cakeworthy isn’t getting back to me. I’ve emailed them several times and submitted a help request on their website. Nothing. I feel gutted.

Support team was extremely quick to help me with a shipping customs charge which was an error. The team immediately gave me solutions from a store credit to immediate refund. The process was smooth and I am happy with the outcome.

Products are always high quality for the price point. Impeccable customer service. Quick response, empathetic, and a drive for customer excellence. I had an incorrect item sent on an order and they were quick to resolve the situation. I will continue to purchase from Cakeworthy again and again! Wish I could give more than 5 stars!

I ordered a Sherpa fleece jacket from them. It was shedding like mad - onto my other clothes, in my car, my mouth and nose. It got on everything.

I contacted customer service for a refund and they said no. I asked for a replacement and they said they could either refund, send a replacement, or have me return it. I told them I wanted a replacement and then they said no again. I reiterated what they had just said.

I'm so infuriated by their service and lack of quality. I told them I would never be purchasing from them again and will be sure to let everyone I know not to order from them either.

Their customer service is awful and unprofessional.

I bought the Aristocats Sherpa Jacket and the AOP Aristocats shirt as soon as they dropped to make sure I got them. I was so excited. Well, they lost my package and let me know the day before Christmas that my only Christmas gifts wouldn’t be coming and not only that, they’re also now both sold out in my size. You know what they told me to do? Go buy it on shop Disney that’s even more expensive, can’t use discount points which is the only way I can afford a $90 jacket, and the AOP isn’t even on Disney. They offered nothing besides a refund. I’ve been a die hard loyal customer since 2020 and have bought A LOT. After this exchange I’ll never buy anything from them again I don’t care how much I want it. Bad company run by bad people with really bad business practices. It’s pathetic. I sell and ship stuff for a living and if I ran my business like this when I messed up (because it’s on the seller until the buyer gets the package, common knowledge they pretended to lack) I’d be homeless. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE. I WILL BE DROPPING VIDEOS OF THE WHOLE EMAIL EXCHANGE. It truly shows how much they do not care or value their customers. I just wish I would’ve listened sooner.

Would give no stars if I could. First they don’t say something is final sale until after you try to return it, then when you do have an item that can be returned, they charge a return fee and the money back can only be used towards store credit. Will never shop there again and I urge you not to either unless you know exactly what you want in the correct size

I just had some of the best customer service from anywhere. I highly recommend shopping from Cakeworthy. Their merch is unique and oftentimes niche.
I was trying to use a coupon code that I received via email. The site wasn’t letting me use any code due to a sale that was on… but the item I wanted wasn’t even on sale. I kind of gave up. I received an email reminding me that I had an item in my cart. I replied and explained why I stopped. They told me to go ahead and purchase it and send them the order number so they could refund the amount saved from the coupon code (since the site wasn’t letting me apply it).
They processed everything super quick and my refund was taken care of. All of this during Christmas week where I’m sure they are beyond busy.

I can’t recommend them enough.

Love ordering from Cakeworthy! I've collected quite a few special pieces over the last few years, and always get compliments, & questioned where I got such fun & nice quality pieces. The prices are sometimes a little out of my price range here in Canada to be 100% honest, however the quality is typically very nice, their sales can be fantastic, and I really appreciate that their website offers AfterPay as an option when I can't afford to pay for an order all at once. Another bonus is the points you aquire with every purchase that quickly adds up to give you discounts on future orders. Its always fun to find you have a $25 off coupon code to use that you weren't expecting. I just ordered a bunch of gifts for Christmas with their Black Friday sale and I know those gifts will be cherished by their recipients for a long time. The customer service is also top notch at Cakeworthy. When inquiring about an item or order they respond quite quickly, and when I needed a refund or an exchange they were quick to help with sending me a refund or even price matching an exchange after a sale had ended.

Cakeworthy will ghost you when you try to contact about an order and I tried to contact them also on Instagram and got blocked. DO NOT do business with these scammers. I just needed to set up a return that was eligible for return but it wouldn’t work… a simple customer service response was all I needed but nothing and to block a customer on instagram is mind blowing.

I found this store online last month and since fallen in love with it. Love the collabs and can’t wait to see what else you come up with. Love my bomber and shirts.

First and last time ordering. I purchased Disney licensed flannel shirt as a gift and I’m embarrassed to give it to the recipient.
Shirt was a decent quality flannel, however, the Disney decal on the back is a large, poor quality vinyl sticker and the ad is MISLEADING since it mentions embroidery.
Misleading advertising and to ad insult to injury, their 50% 0ff sale started the day after I purchased.
I emailed the company to see if I could get avprice adjustment and they never responded.
This company sucks all around- NEVER AGAIN.

I've been a customer of this company for well over 7 years and spent thousands in store.

I had an issue with one of my orders and when I filed a complaint with them, their customer service went INSANE and completly cancelled my order and my entire rewards account with $150 in it.

I am now selling anything I have from this company and will never support them again or give them another dollar.

It's insane how they would treat a long term customer.
