The clothes look nice and at least the oversize ones fit pretty good too, BUT the delivery times are super slow compared to any other clothing company I've ordered from. And not just that, but the quality of the clothes is terrible. And not just terrible compared to the prices, the quality is super bad even if the clothes were cheap. Every single t-shirt and pair of pants I have ordered has had random holes appear in them out of nowhere after a few months of use, and I only use the clothes at the gym.

tl;dr clothes look nice but the quality on both prints and the fabrics is ass because they are apparently made in chinese sweat shops

If an item is discounted, they wont let you know that it is FINAL SALE / no refunds in the actual product page

Ordered my items over a month ago reached out to customer service several times. No updates ended up having to file a dispute with my bank before they would even ship the order used to think they’re OK but wouldn’t ever order them again.

Horrible shipping, worse customer service.

I ordered Dec 9th. It’s now Jan 2nd. My order still hasn’t shipped. I had messaged them 3 times asking for and update and the only time I got an answer was bc I reached out to one of their ambassadors. I want my money back. Don’t order from this company. It’s a scam.

Frequently place out of stock items for sale and won't tell you until weeks after they've taken your money. After emailing them they finally send the item out, but the USPS carrier had it listed as "Delivered to neighbor as requested" which I never did. Petty company with less than great staff. Rely on juiced up "influencers" to market their products.

I placed on order on November 22, and my credit card was charged on the same day. A week later I tried to locate my order on their website to check its status and received a message that the order could not be located. I emailed the customer service email given on their website and have not received a response. I’m a pretty patient person, so I’ll give them a couple more days to respond. After that, it’s straight to the bank to file a claim.

This company scamed me out of 120 dollars now and I only received one of the 4 items I ordered from the don't trust them they are a scam

I bought several items from this website for the first time. I got the sizes according to their size guide. One of the tanks , I tried once and it was too tight so I submitted it for an exchange. After I shipped it back, they emailed me that they can’t offer my an exchange or a full refund because it “had a strong smell”. So not only were they deceitful, but also offensive.
Do not recommend, their quality is mediocre anyway.

It is IMPOSSIBLE to contact them to return items or even inquiries. The customer service is non existent. I asked them about the size charts because the measures were a bit strange, no answer. Placed the order anyway. It had added tax charges, but ok. At arrival, the garments were a lot bigger than the measures of the size charts in the website. Also the print in one tshirt was completely faded, very poor quality and different than the website. Tried to contact them by mail and in Instagram to change the items for a smaller size, and they completely ignored me. Not even an acknowledgment . Contacted Raskol Europe and had an immediate response, but they are separate businesses and couldn’t help me. This shop feels like run by teenagers. Avoid at all costs!

I ordered on 7/21/2025, and it arrived quickly. It was also the right size that fit me.

Ordered an in stock item and received shipping information. Approx a week later received an email stating that the item was out of stock and that they could replace the item or refund the money. Responded to email during regular business hours per their website requesting the item in a different size that was still shown as in stock. Received a blanket email response stating that my response was outside their business hours (it was not) and that I needed to contact them -- but there was no contact information. I then emailed their sales department but received no response. Still have no item and no refund.

I am based in Europe and have made several purchases from Raskol Europe. I found the clothing to be of great quality. The products are competitively priced and are very comfortable. I recieved my goods within a couple of weeks each time I ordered. I would have no hesitation recommending Raskol Europe.

Still haven't issued a refund for products that we're never received.

Update: Have finally been told they are processing the refund
