Je suis enchanté des services de Photowall. J’ai fait poser il y a quelques jours un papier peint panoramique sur trois murs et sur un autre mur le peintre a essayé, à plusieurs reprises, de trouver la bonne couleur mais rien n’était satisfaisant. Pendant ce week-end de Pâques , j’ai envoyé un message à savoir si je pouvais avoir le fond du papier peint , mais sans les dessins. J’ai reçu une réponse très rapide lundi de Pâques et j’ai pu passer commande. Je me réjouis de la recevoir et de voir que tout sera parfait. Je ne peux que recommander cette société qui m’avait également aidé à inverser le dessin de mon papier peint sur un mur où venait s’appuyer une tête de lit. Vraiment excellent service 👍

Tre stelle, perché è molto figo il fatto di scegliere tu le dimensioni e la figura e i colori, ma assurdo che ti vengano a casa tutti separati e devi fare una specie di collage veramente snervante tant’è che non l’abbiamo ancora fatto, sinceramente aver speso 40 € per 1,60 m e devo pure impazzire per incollarli anche no!!!!

Everything was right with my order and delivery. The image looks great on the wall (we got a timber wolf wallpaper).

È stato facile caricare la foto e adattarla al frame, e una volta stampata la qualità è molto alta. L'ho attaccata su piastrelle e non si sono create bolle. Ho potuto staccarla facilmente per riattaccarla quando non era perfettamente allineata.

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience with Photo Wall. My order number is Numéro de commande : 1808583.

First of all, the wallpaper is very expensive, and in the end I didn’t even use most of it. I tried contacting customer service to return the unused portion, but getting in touch with them was incredibly difficult. It took a long time just to reach someone, and when I emailed them, their response claimed that it was already too late to return the product.

After going back and forth with customer service and insisting that I had already contacted them earlier, they eventually located my phone call and acknowledged that I had reached out within the appropriate time. They then told me I could return the wallpaper and that I would receive a refund.

I followed their instructions and sent the package back. However, their return label was incorrect and didn’t cover the shipping cost, so I had to pay 50 CHF out of my own pocket to send it back.

Despite doing everything they asked and paying for the return shipping myself, I still haven’t received my refund. The entire process has been frustrating, time-consuming, and disappointing, especially considering how expensive the product is.

I hope Photo Wall resolves this issue quickly and improves their customer service and return process so other customers don’t have to go through the same experience.
